HP India — i want to know that can i submit the documents required again if sent wrong data

I am trying to send many mails but their is response difficult to understand.
Please tell me that my redemption due date is 10 august 2017 and i have send a barcode photo instead of sending original sticker for claiming my gift parker pen and luxor project set for buying the printer hp ink advantage 4535.
I just want to know that if my redemption due date is 10 august 2017 so can i send the sticker again to the hp redemption cell nehru place to their office.
