HP India — Issue with Medi Assist teams on processing my claim even though after providing Medical certificate | |||||
Dear Team, I am HPI employee and claimed my OPD bills, but Medi Assist team going to reject my claim after providing Dr. certificate of medical treatment. My policy# 072400/28/16/P1/13274126 & Emp No[protected]. All original documents having with Medi Team and request you to kindly please help me on getting my claim reimbursement. Thanks for your support an help. Medi team asking following details even though after provided Dr Certificate: Kindly provide consultation paper /certifcate from the treating doctor mentiong the presenting complaints of the patient along with diagnosis for further validation of claim and audit purpose?
