I bought this product from Vijay sales Invoice number-KH-S-SI9519 ON 03.03.2020. I am getting problem since I bought this product. It is too much slow even cant support basic browsing. I visited 2 times vijay sales they said you need to have online support then I took online HP support case numbers are- 1)[protected] CRM:[protected]they said you should go for 512 memory and 4GB RAM 2) [protected]---they said our senior will call me but nobody calls and even replied on emails what to do. 3) I visited HP centre Vashi, he said this is worst laptop and needs HP should provide it with 8GB RAM and SSD. He said they will also charge Rs 1200 with Rs 7000 for SSD and RAM. Why HP is selling this kind of product which cant even sopport basic browsing and now I am suffering from 11 months nobody is replying. I have no other option to put this on consumer complaints.
