HP India — Laptop | |||||
Hello HP, I had purchased HP laptop from Vijay Sales Gurgaon store 31/1/16. I had complained to Vijay Sales Gurgaon on 9th Feb. Also, the complaint to HP was filed within 15 days of purchase. HP has closed the complaint and new complaint id is [protected]. I wanted a replacement but now I want money back including the one spent on the software. From the first day I am facing issue of sound coming from HDD. Your technician visited my place for check and closed the issue. You people do not see it as a problem. HP has been resolve the problem. I request you to please provide me refund of my money because I am fed up with the service of HP and also mental harassments, So please do needful ASAP. I do not want any consolation that the product is working fine and its ok for HDD to work with noise. I am not getting it. The customer care is so idiotic at HP. I was really shocked. They make the complainant stand and wait for the discussions and then cut the call. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I hope the above comment is from HP and they will work it out. We have tried contacting HP but they say that we will close the issue.
