[Resolved] HP India — laptop | |
Hello i have bought this laptop in this janurary. It is running on the orignal Windows 10 version. The laptop is extremly running slow. Getting hang number of times while surfing internet. Any cell phone (Android, balckberry or ios) is not getting connected to it for data transfer. The led light are not working. When i have taken it to the service centre they are saying that this os need update of more than 10gb. They are saying that there is no other option. So sir i am a college student from where i will get the 10gb data. And the customer care is not picking up the call. The service centre is not helping me out. So kindly help me out i am getting a huge loss due o this laptop all my works are getting postponed if hp cant resolve the problem i just want to replace the product that's all.
