HP India — My case is pending from weeks the issues have not been solved | |||
I have an hp ab522tx an i want to have a recovery disc that has been promised me from hp service with a week from the date i have placed an order, the message of order confirming of recovery disc have been send two days later after i had made my payments and i have been told it will be delivered in next 5 -7 days, now its have i week and guess they blame the service blue dart that order have not been delivered and force us to talk to blue dart, i till not got my delivery . As "hp" promised me within a week and i have I imported work to be done with as soon as possible Suggestion: dnt con[censored] a delivery service that can't keep our promises blue dart is not the way, to deal with .
