HP India — New hp laptop | |||
Hello. I recently bought a laptop from an authorised hp dealer. This machine featured integrated full version of ms office. It has been 5 days and i have been unable to activate the same. I bought this machine for official purposes and hence, it is imperative that my ms office becomes functional as soon as possible. I launched a complaint with hp support and after 4 days of regular correspondence, they withdrew and asked me to mail microsoft instead. It was assured to me on the first day that hp will resolve the issue along with microsoft. The details of my complaint are: Case id number [protected].
