HP India — New laptop is not working

I purchase a laptop from Reliance Mar't Virar west on 16/09/2020. But till today the laptop is not working properly. I already complaint at your site. my case ID was [protected] and CRM is[protected]. But unfortunately my case closed by your side without resolving my problem. Kindly send one Engineer at my home for resolving the problem.
