[Resolved] HP India — Non-availability of tft for all-in-one pc.

Dear sir (S),

My hp omni120 all-in-one (Model 130-1160in) is lying damaged tft with the hp authorized service center (Viz. Ensure support service, okhla-i, new delhi. Tel. No.[protected],[protected] for almost two months now for want of tft.

Hp's authorized service center is unable to repair the machine due to non-availability of spare part (Tft).

It is surprising that even hp isn't providing its tft (Screen) despite several mails stated to have been sent by the service center.

Can anyone help???

Till date, my complaint has not been resolved and it is still pending with the company.

HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Manoj-a1 Company representative contacted me on June 24, 2016 seeking your name, email address, and unit serial number that I provided on July 1st, 2016. But thereafter, nothing seems to have been done and my PC is still lying with the Work Shop, un-repaired.
