I had purchased the hp spectre x360 convert 13-ap0100tu on 30.06.2019 and registered online for the bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset. My redemption code is npps564019np, which was approved. As per the commitment the same was to be dispatched by 01.09.2019 but its not dispatched till date. After a series of mails, every time its promised that the item will be dispatched within next 15 days, but till date no update on that. I hope hp india is not fooling customers by faking offers, trying to lure customers to buy their products. Requesting immediate dispatch of the bang & olufsen beoplay h4 headset.
