Dear hp team, This is to inform you that your customer services experience is very bad, many time i had called your customer team for under warranty fault rectification of desktop (Complaint no.[protected], dt.06/10/17) but there is no resolution from your side and till now i have not received any revert call from your side, yesterday i called again and your customer executive mr. Abhishek on 31st oct 2017 & he was disconnecting my call on putting hold for long period. This is too much irritating. Why your customer executive disconnecting mid of call, why there is no resolution till now, want resolution asap. Fist-fall you should check my all call records and listen all call recordings, i called your team by below number's. Please take action against your executive who was disconnecting my calls.
