Product id - 2ey80pa#ac5 Case no - [protected] I have registered a complaint on 29 th august. My laptop has suddenly stopped working. First of all no toll free number worked. Second after repeated mailing to customer support executive. I got my complaint registered. Now one thing is been added to my daily routine calling hp service centres and having hope that their engineer would come. Today it's 9 th september still the engineer hasn't visited. Even after my laptop being under warranty i am facing so much trouble. Even the service centre registered on website for kalyan is now a samsung service center. try to boot the computer in to safemode. then format the pendrive as fat32

If i transfer any file in pendrive then its transfer completely but when i removed pendrive and replugin pendrive then all data was be lost
