HP India — Pl refer jobs card no.914 dt 26 Feb 17 at Hp World / Viman nagar. Issue only to change upper body panel change.

1. HP -15, RO 32TX, SERIAL NO.CNO43435W7 was given at HP WORLD /VIMAN NAGAR only for upper body panel change vide job card no.914 dt 26 Feb 17 after duly tested. Laptop was in running conditions no complaints was there except upper body panel. I shocked to hear that display part not working properly. Till date no solutions message received from engineer.
2. This negligence of handling software /hardware will not be accepted by customer's satisfaction. The responsibility should be fixed to concerned engineers. This is prior intimation for your intervention on this subject. Non -satisfaction will further lead to consumers court.

Backside cover is damage. When I try to close the laptop, the backside pops out and every time the damage keeps on increasing.The damage is permanent and I could not fix it in any way. Kindly provide a permanent solution.
