[Resolved] HP India — Printer installation pending | |||
Received HP Smart Tank 530 printer after about 10 days (purchased via HP online store) for about 16k. Raised installation request HP-270379 and had Wipro person come to install. He failed to setup the printer as it showed to fill the tanks even when ink was already present. Haven’t heard from them ever since. No way to reach out any other place.
