I submitted my laptop to service center on 23rd feb 2017 regarding a problem related to charger not comnneting. manger said that the laptop is under warranty. i also checked on the warranty check online and it was under warranty. Manager broke the hinges while checking the problem and wrote the hinges problem also in the jobsheet assuring that it will be covered under warranty. now service center is saying that the warranty has lapsed. laptop is completely damaged. they asking me 34k approx for repairing. it was the negligence of the service center. also the sudden change in warranty dates after submission of laptop is misguiding and wrong. Also, the Manager resigned just after this incident. the service center is not looking into this matter. i want my laptop to be repaired completely under warranty free of cost or want a new laptop of same model.
serial no. of the laptop is CND552768K.
also i have registered a complaint with HP customer service with the case id: [protected].
