Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased one HP Laserjet1020 Plus, Sl No-CNCH269443 Product No.CC418A from M/s WS Retail Services Pvt Ltd (Flipkart.com), Warehouse Address: Sree Balaji Business Park 312, Badu Road, Digberia Madhyamgram, Kolkata, West Bengal, India – 700128 vide Invoice No. KOL[protected] dated 24.07.2013 which is under warranty period of one year but now the printer got some problems and giving print out full page black from which our office work is being hampered.
