I had ordered an HP battery on 19th February 2017, it was expected to reach me by 28th February, but I did not receive my product. When I called customer support someone named Rohan told me that the shipment was returned back to HP as it's address was scratched during transition and so it could not be delivered. He assured me that as soon as the product reaches them, they will send it to me by some other courier service, so I waited for it but I did not receive the product. I again called back, and the same guy Rohan told me that they had shipped my product to some other customer and now the product is out of stock. When I contacted his senior executive someone from Bangalore as Mr. Prasad, he again told me that they are arranging for battery and it will take a month time, I again waited for a month but did not receive any call or any battery. Again when I called him back, he connected my call to his senior, he finally asked for one more month i.e. till 10th July, so that he can arrange the battery from abroad, but it has been more than a month and I did not receive the battery, they're trying to fool me.
