HP India — Replacement of Hp laptop due to Manufacturing defect

I bought an Hp Pavilion 14 cs 1000tx product of your company on 11/07/2019.
I get many display problems in it from last 4 months but ignored it assuming they may be due to some outdated drivers, but they are increasing nowadays. So, I went to hp repair center to repair it and they said, "YOUR LAPTOP NEEDS TO GET MOTHERBOARD CHANGED AS IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT".
Now I want my laptop to get replaced or i want my money back, otherwise i will head to consumer court against HP India.
So Please Contact me regarding this as soon as possible.
I am not even able to se My Notebook after just 1.25 yrs how can i use it for more 2yrs.
But get the hell in contact with me at the earliest otherwise I will see Hp India in Consumer Court.
