[Resolved] HP India — Servicing | |||
Sir, My name is Vikram Gupta. I have a HP430 laptop.Recently when my laptop's keyboard stopped working, I sent it for service at your authorized service center[elite business machines private limited, B-104, sector-64, Noida]. They changed it. My laptop which had been working in superb condition after servicing it used to switch off automatically. when i start working, it goes to sleep or hibernate mode automatically.A message which appears during this is "thermal shutdown encountered". I run to servicing centre they told me to format it. I did as they instructed. But problem was not sorted out. They told me that they had checked it. since then I have been to them thrice. what should i do?? Before servicing my laptop was working decently. No thermal shutdown, not even a single problem except keyboard. Sir, since my childhood i used only HP products. Printer that i using this time is also belongs to brand HP. I am very disappointed and disturbed with your service. Please help me to get rid of this problem. hoping for your help.
