Hello my self ketan lute i am from chandrapur maharashtra... Last october i purchase one laptop and i have already tel dealer i want to run windows 8.1 pro operating system... Then few days laptop some techniqal issue facing.. Like brightness not working on key button... Then dealer told laptop not working on 8.1 pro operating system.. But my work only run on 8.1 pro oc... What to do.. Plz solved my quries..

Last Year Dec 2018 I Had purchased HP Laptop from reliance digital Borivali, after one year the warranty was over and it was found that my laptop battery drains out within one hour after 100% charging.
HP is branded name in market, according to me it should work for at least 5 years without any issues. I strongly suggest to every body that never ever purchase HP laptop.
Quality is third class.
