Spare parts not available at authorised service centre okhla phase 2 new delhi. Laptop details 15-k112tx batch 5cd4366f8g purchased on[protected]. The authorised centre was approached on 05/06/2017 vide their w o.[protected] for service and repair work where needed. On 08/06/2017 the unit was returned with that remark part /s are not available. The remarks are not acceptable since within less to 2 years we are forced to throw the laptop in the dustbin. The claim of the hp being world leader in laptop and best service provider is exposed with this attitude. We still believe that the complaint was not properly at the junior level, hence this complaint is being forwarded with hope and believe that such a big organisation like hp cannot do this to their customers and some solution will definitely be provided so that the faith and loyalty of the customers remain with hp Pushpa kiran ekka Ekka.
