HP India — To complain for HP Printer LaserJet Pro MFP M226dw

We have purchased a HP Printer LaserJet Pro MFP M226dw as on 19 october 2019. It is under warranty period but pickup roller is not working properly and not pick up papers from both the trays. We have complained dated 07/08/2021 and received a ticket number- #161901 but there is no response from HP. So, we are requesting you to repair/replace or do service of this printer as soon as possible. We will be highly obliged. The product details as under:-
