[Resolved] HP India — Window not opening properly

We purchase 500 new laptops from HP company. One of the laptop which regulatory model no. HSTNN-C80C. We face lots of problem in it. The measure one is windows not opening properly and the message showed in it is the window not properly installed. Presently, the screen is blank and not responding to window. So, in the aforesaid matter please do the needful as soon as possible.

Despite my complaint dtd. 24.05.2016 no company representatives has contacted so far to resolve the said complaint. kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
