Comment: Sir, I purchased HP Laser Jet PRO M 126 nw Printer on 19 th August 2021. I purchased through Amazon --Order Number[protected]-4028369. The Product was delivered on 20 th August 2021. When queried for installation 1.Amazon directed me to contact HP service centre. 2.HP service centre advised me to install as per online instructions. They also asked me to make a complaint if installation could not be completed. To give home assistance they demanded Rs 1625/=.( Since I bought through Amazon) With online assistance Printer is working with USB only.Wireless not working. Can you please send technical staff to fix my issue. I have regitered complaint with HP . Serial number of Printer CNBRP48JB4 Yesterday I contacted Amazon staff @ 20.20 & 20.40 Hrs..The call dropped after 2 minutes waiting period. Please fix the issue at the earliest. Regards Kannan.
