This is to inform you that my HP Pavilion - 15-cs3006tx (Serial number: 5CD043RGWH) is causing the issue in the display screen during changing tabs or while multitasking., despite the replacement of the screen on 08/01/2022 and the motherboard also on 28/01/2022 by the hp service center.
I have faced this issue numerous times despite the replacement of major hardware i.e screen and motherboard, still, I am facing the same issue. I am totally dissatisfied with this product because of facing this severe issue.
Being a student creates a lot of wastage of time and problems while attending my online classes and while doing other tasks especially while multitasking.
I don't want any further replacement of any component rather the replacement of complete unit because even after replacement of any hardware or software than again I have to keep my laptop in observation which is a lot of time-consuming to figure out the problem, as I am a student, I can't observe it on daily basis and can't be ready with a camera to record the problem.
You can also check that my case has been continuing for a very long time i.e past 3-4 months. This is my request that my complete product should be replaced with a new one, I don't want any further changes, I now have no time for observing anymore and can't spare to record videos every day as proof as I am a student.
Many times when talking with HP service experts, they have checked and updated the BIOS and Windows and have found no problem in them, so I don't think that it is any software-related issue. Complete replacement of the laptop will only solve this issue.
This is my kind request as a student, that due to this issue a lot of my time goes into observing and capturing this issue even after component replacement. Now I have lost my faith and even after something will be replaced again, I will always feel insecure about the same problem coming again.
I am attaching a video with a visible date and time to address my issue below. Kindly look into the matter to resolve the issue by complete replacement of my product only.
I request to to kindly take up the matter with HP for complete replacement of my defective HP Laptop.
I hope that my issue would get resolved as soon as possible after complaining on consumer complaints, as HP didn't take up required actions.
