[Resolved] Hp — my laptop is not working properly and your service providers are refusing to give a solution

Please take this message very seriously I'm facing issues in my laptop and your service providers are only giving me alternates for the problems I want a solution not a problem if not then I will take every single step from my end to make you people suffer is this the way you people treat your customers at the time of selling your products you people talk in us in a very promising tone then why you treat us like this after we purchase your product if my pc is still under warranty then why can't I get a replacement of the product or if it can be fixed then send your technician and ask him to resolve my issues I'm very dissatisfied with HP will never go for it again also will suggest all my known ones to never purchase HP products . I can't afford to waste my time messing with you people nor I gave time to play with the settings of my pc everyday
