[Resolved] Hp — nil business ethics shown by hp team in their work | |||
The complaint id is [protected] and service id is bnlh4234 regd on march 1 2019 but still not resolved. The docket no for the grievance regd on nch i. E. Jagograhakjago is 1194917. The hp team has been pestering me to opt for the unit replacement which i havent agreed and not given my acceptance. My request is that i[censored] cant rectify my printer issue. Refund the care pack amount of rs 2750 taken from me at the earliest Fake verbal promises are given by the hp support team and tvs saki naka. So, i would prefer written communication regarding my printer repair or care pack amount refund. Hats off to hp team for manipulating the warranty records of my printer cp 1025 with serial no cnf1z23374 on the hp site without the customers knowledge. however, the spares and the unit exchange ordered on the service id bnlh4234 is still visible. hp team feels that if they are not willing or able to provide after sales service then they have the unquestionable authority to manipulate and remove the warranty details of my printer and that too without any refund of the care pack amount processed to my account.â do not worry, i possess the screenshots of the active or in warranty and expired warranty for my printer from the hp website.â I possess the email sent by mr nilesh of tvs saki naka in which he has requested approval for unit level exchange and the serial number of my unit us visible which proves that my unit is within warranty and warranty records were manipulated by the hp team to change from active to expired warranty. I do possess the case id registration email from hp support and the email communication regarding my printer issue which includes the complaint id I have uploaded my tweets on ur twitter handle asking for an explanation regarding the manipulation done by hp team and would let all people know regarding hp policies!!!? Have sent emails to ceo of hp, dion wesler and service head, mr. Rishab gupta, mr anilkuumar parmar, mr sachin gaikwad and hp customer support on the official email id but the issue is not resolved till date. After the illegal tampering and manipulation of my printers warranty records done by the hp team, have lost the trust and the goodwill in hp products and servuce. So if hp cant or do not want to service my printer, then please refund the care pack amount of rs 2750 taken from me. The mental harrassment meted to me by calling and pestering. Me with fake verbal promises by hp support proves that this hp team cannot be trusted. No business ethics shown by hp team Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 2, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved HP INC was not able to rectify my printer. Hence on my request they have refunded the care pack AMT if Ra 2750. This refund was processed after a period of one month since case I'd was regd. Recdemail from [email protected] HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
