Dear Sir,
This mail is to inform you about the services I received by from HP, from date of Purchase, I purchased my Laptop whose details mentioned below:

Notebook Serial No. : 8CG7254X9S
Notebook Model No. : HP Pav x360 Convert 14-ba075TX INDIA

My Laptop (UNDER COMPLETE COVER WARRANTY FOR 3 YEARS) I had some issues related to software and hardware, also some time not charging issues as i facing with my product, I make a complaint, where complaint number is [protected], an Engineer visit to my place and told charging connector is damage, I’m in office that time he visit to my site, where I earlier told the timings on toll free number as I avail at my residence, and no information by Engineer as he late or stuck in some other complaint or time taken, I make a call to him and take follow up about his visit and then he respond and and your senior officials blame me about postponed of my complaint to next days due to my family member needed is Hopitalized, so please tell me medical aid is on prior basis or a laptop servicing.
From the time of Purchasing this Laptop, I feel I am a Big fool that I prefer costly HP product, invest amount and no proper support I getting from your company and every one of your staff treated a customer as a Big Duffer, because customer is always fool and company representative is always Right, whether he/she had a complete knowledge about products or not, I want to tell you one thing that I am not a Beginner user and I also use my Sony Vaio Laptop for last 4-5 years and not even a single screw can be opened in it with much rough usage of product and no issues can be created on that system till date, so How the issues created with this laptop, as a company provided local parts which can be assembled to my system as provided by HP representatives at the time of sale, firstly wrong Brochure can be provided to me related to Hp offer 999, and no one of your representatives having knowledge of making Recovery Dvd, and ignore my queries or no complete Warranty information or Handling Process and many more, all yor staff having target to sale product to customer and then tension free, and then customer suffers after purchasing product, At the time of purchase products your representative Yusuf (as I remember ) told me that everything (hardware/software ) problems shall be covered under warranty, and I believe in his words and purchase product, I facing issues with my Screen and Charging issues but your customer care and field service staff not gave proper responses or resolutions, I got response about the avail facility provided to me, Many times I updated my issues to your customer care earlier, but an incomplete details can be updated on software by your representatives because he/she can tally/ clarify information with me cannot be similar and many queries missing to update.
As I am told about my issues, your representative said it’s a damage and not considered in warranty, so please tell me one thing that customer purchase a product, facing issues, discuss or share information to company and always a defaulter because every time customer is responsible for any type of issues not a product related issues and its non-durability, if any issue occurs customer blamed, is this type of services provided by HP, totally unsatisfactory.
That’s happening because customer is a big fool who can share their issues to customer care for such favourable/positive responses, but treated as a guilty person to purchase costly product, where he/she interact customer care and share issues as he/she facing issues with the product.
I facing issues from date of purchase to till date, where I update my issues and your product is non durable and non handling product
As I call on customer care on 21st February or 22nd February 2017 (date not sure) your representative gave a contact number of HP Service Delivery Co-ordinator, “Mr Ritesh Gupta”, contact number [protected], to share all my issues to him and he can do a favour to me, he tried convince me and said that try to do best and after taking all information and resolution make a call to my contact number, but no call can be receive till date, but next day I got Email of complaint closure and case closed without discuss customer and feedback of customer, pending issues without resolution, Please find attachment below as a proof I Lastly I call on 24/2/2018, call to customer care but as If any one pick my call, just listen my query and disconnect call, at last talk to Miss Sherly as I hear her name, I told my issues to her and she disconnects the call at a time, So is this the way of working of Customer care and your staff is DISGUSTING.
Totally Disappointed, and worst services of HP as per my Experience, making fraud with customers too
Thanks a lot to all your staff members for these type of services, Next Time I can’t prefer HP products and not to Suggests others and bear your product and services as I utilize anytime also.
Wait for needful, and want to resolve all my issues as soon as possible, and make sure AFTER SENDING THIS MAIL, AS I CALL IN FUTURE FOR ANY ISSUES MY PROBLEMS CANNOT BE IGNORED BY ANY OF STAFF MEMBERS AND CONSIDERED ASAP, BECAUSE I AM ALSO A CUSTOMER OF YOUR COMPANY AND PURCHASE A PRODUCT AND TAKING CARE OF CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBILITY OF COMPANY AND THEIR STAFF MEMBERS.
