I purchased HP laptop 630 windows 7 home basic ( from vijay sales delhi ) on 11/12/2011...after some time its windows stopped working...from then i have complained to hp customer care so many times but to no avail...every time when i complained they said that they will send me the windows recovery copy...but they always send me the link for some other windows...sometimes they send the link for pro windows, sometimes for ultimate windows and sometimes for standard windows...i have requested them several times to send the link for home basic windows as my laptop has home basic windows but they said that it is not available...how can they offer me some other Windows when my laptop is home basic... please do the needful.. it's been a week since i posted my complaint on consumer forum but they have not done anything till now...hp customer care service didn't even bother to call me...my case id is ( [protected] )...there's no benefit of complaining on consumer forum...
