Dear Sir, My brother Raphy purchased through Amazon HTC Desire 816G (Dual Sim Blue) IME No.1 [protected], IME No.2 [protected], S/N. KL53RYE54704, Rs. 15, 650/- and present to me (as gift). But unfortunately after two days using the front panel broken slightly. Then I contact service center to replace front panel it will worth Rs. 5, 400/- . I am very much interested to use HTC smart phone. I cant afford the huge service amount. So kindly give me a waver of service amount, please approve my request as soon as possible.
