I have purchased the mobile as detailed above on 19. 07. 2015 from lot mobile stores, himayat nagar hyderabad in the name of my wife ms v. Rama lakshmi.
After that we complained to lot mobile stores on 20. 07. 15 that the mobile is defective as swiping function is not working. They directed us to your service centre in hyderabad in ameerpet. We visited service centre who advised that they cannot help in replacement as it was not motherboard problem. We want immediate action from you as the mobile is of no use without proper swiping.
