Hi,

I have purchased a new HTC chacha phone in Pune. In first week my mobile was restarted automatically number of times. I do have a problem of battery backup which lasts only for 6 - 8 hours. I have sent them many Email but there is no response from them. I have purchased in Jan and its under warranty. Now i am really frustrated with HTC. Its worst service they are providing. Please help me to solve my problems.

i recently the htc chacha mobil.but i observed battery back time is only 02 or 03 hours.i am really deshearted
i requested to all people do not buy htc chacha mobile.they cheating with people

    I bought htc chacha from e-zone chinchwad & gifted the phone to my bro who stays in calcutta.I bought the phone on 10th feb & on 17th feb the phone was declared faulty at htc service centre with the DOA letter, but they were so insane they said u need to go to pune & get it exchanged,Is it a joke because pune is 2500kms from kolkata, When we tried to get in touch to E-Zone guys they gave us various numbers to call & the even the htc call centre is a they dont help customers,the agents just hang up the call close the complaint, we have been travelling from kondhwa to chinchwad everyday which is 30kms,who the hell is going to pay us for the fuel,so many people we met,called up so many guys,but no one was there to help us,they say we have to get the phone here,is this what we call globalisation?cant they exchange the phone from kolkata where in my bro had all the documents there.They are not aware that electronics cant be sent through courier?They wanted us to get the phone no matter what we do?My bro had to pay Rs.720 for cargo & i also had to pay Rs.550 to collect the phone in pune,I've been having lots of stress & money loss for the last 20days.I would like to get the compensation for all the hassle i had.please help.

        my mobile hand set is over heat and battery life maximum two hours and memory corrupt. I had given my handset for repairing at borivali HTC service center twice, first time they took 8 to 10 days for repair my handset and they change my mother board, but still i facing same problem. I again give my handset for repairing same problem from last 5 days but they don't give me any response about the problem. and i contacting service center team and they say your handset will be under observation and they said that i[censored] want to complaint to the customer care then surely u can proceed further but i m trying to contact on [protected] from last 3 days but the number is constantly not responding so where should i go for complaints again HTC and whats the customer care number.

        If problem not get solved by the HTC team then i need replacement of my handset because hand set is under warranty i purchase my hand set on the dated of[protected]

        kindly do the needful for the same

        HTC Chacha — mobile not working properly

        I purchased hTc CHaCHA model in month of February 2012 for Rs. 12,500. Since then it is not working properly. I want my money back.

          In reference to my order no. 3353645 dated[protected] for purchase of HTC G1 Android mobile phone which cost was Rs. 19999.00 shown on your advertisement with discount of 65% on the product. After discount the product HTC G1 Android mobile phone cost is Rs. 6888 + 300 Shipping charges. i have received the delivery of that product through Blue Dart courier company on dated[protected] against cash payment Rs 7298.after opening of the parcel the product found duplicate that is T Mobile, which also is not in order. Immediately I complained to the Naptol Care regarding the cheating and fraud made by the company with me. I was told to wait for 48 Hours to solve the complaint. Repeatedly I was told to wait 48 hour again, but now the 12 days has passed but no solution of the complaint has been so far. This is totally cheating and fraud. this is my last information to the company that please solve my complaint and the HTC G1 Android mobile phone be send to me with in 48 hours other wise I will be compelled to lodge F.I.R against the company which total risk and cost will be born by the company or the company is fully responsible for all risk and costs.

          1. headset is not working,
          2. often hanging,
          3. when i hear the songs that time whether the calls come means there is no sound in mobile besides if i attend the call means there is no sound from other side

                I would like to share my bad experience with HTC. Last to last year that on 27.12.2010 I have bought the new handset of HTC the model is HTC wildfire. After 8-9 months it started to give problem related to the resolution of the screen and degraded image quality of the picture where the captured images were blurred in nature. Similarly, handset was getting hot for this issue I have been submitted my handset to the D.M. Teleservices which is located at the Vashi is one of the service center of the HTC.

                In D.M. Services I have submitted my handset to resolve the existing problem. But, I have received my handset with the same problem without any progress. So, I have again resubmitted my handset to D.M Services and again I have received the handset with the same problem, third time again I have submitted but the people from the D.M. services doesn’t behave proper while, they aren’t shows their interest to make a job sheet and awaited for more than 1 hr. for this incident I had talk to costumer service on [protected].

                Similarly, I have launched my complaint online to the HTC portal on 28.10.2011 after that I have submitted my handset to the Salora Service center which is located at the Dadar. Again for the same problem I have resubmitted twice my handset but there is no outcome. As per the HTC they have replace my handset, I agree but as per my observation and when I have compared the replaced handset with other handset of same series the same problem is reflecting that the screen is more blur and the image quality is worst in that handset also. So again I have submitted my handset to resolve the problem but again there is no outcome. During this period I have called up to service center everyday to ask the status of my handset. Here also I had talk with many people those are Mr. Ravi, Mr. Tarun, Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Vikas, Mr. Bharat Sharma, Mr. Mintoo and Mr. Ankit (currently he is handling my query). Here also people kept my call on hold for long time and hang up without intimating me many times. Whereas, I never received the call from the HTC in the committed time line.

                As per the HTC technical team they have been replace my handset twice. But in actual it dissent happened. Because every time I have noted down the IMEI no. of the handset which I have receive from the HTC. And the IMEI no. was the same. Please find the below
                2nd time replace device’s IMEI no. – [protected]
                3rd time replace device’s IMEI no. – [protected]

                So, I unable to make any conclusion. I have mailed to HTC again on 28.01.2012 to returned my money for this I had talk with Mr. Ankit who is currently handling my query. He stated that, as per HTC’s technical team, there is difference between every handset’s camera resolution property and hence you will get such pictures. For this I have compare other 8-10 HTC wildfire devices and I didn’t found such things as stated by Mr. Ankit and requested them to please prove it.

                ( Please justify. If Mr. Ankit states that, as per HTC’s technical team, there is difference between every handset’s camera resolution property then please prove it.

                If it is then please compare the attached images literally foggy images captured by HTC’s replaced handset(in actual it isn’t replaced) and other HTC wildfire device. How could it possible???? There is a lot of difference between both the devices clarity.

                However, Again I have cross verified with other 8-10 handset of HTC wildfire itself by taking images and the resolution quality. I didn’t feel like whatever I have received the feedback from HTC(as stated above by HTC technical team).

                There is no such resolution difference between the other devices of HTC wildfire.

                Please note the received handset isn’t replaced handset. As per my earlier e-mail.


                Please clarify on my all the above doubts on the reply of HTC.

                It is been observed that this handset isn’t replaced. Because the IMEI no. of the 2nd replaced device and 3rd time replaced device is exactly same. However, as per my knowledge the IMEI no. is unique for each handset. Please refer below:

                So,

                Please let me know what kind of test you have been done at your end?

                Even though I have already requested many times to you to make sure before sending the device at my end to make simple test for observation. Assign caller image to any caller and make a call you will able to know the difference between the quality of the picture and the clarity of the picture you will easily come to know the resolution quality of the camera.

                Please find the attached images which were taken from the other HTC wildfire device (other HTC image) and my replaced handset (faulty HTC image). You can clearly differentiate between the image quality.

                Moreover, from long time I am chasing for the fine device and still I have the same faulty handset. There’s no outcome from your side.

                Now, I am also not interested in the chasing for the same. Again you will pick my device and resend the same without any progress after one month. Which I would not afford because its troublesome for me to manage another handset on standby mode. I fade up of this procedure.

                Please, let me know in one word whether I am going to receive the fine handset or not??? If it is not then no problem I also don’t want replaced handset. Do one thing return my money whatever I have been paid earlier for my device and close this issue. I have already provided the bill of my handset which is approximate value of Rs. 13,400/-. Its troublesome for me to get continuously follow up for the same thing and to manage stand by handset.

                swati Ghanawat Reply i have received replaced hanset instead of previous hanset. but when i caompared this handset with other HTC wildfire device. there is difference in the picture quality catured pictures are blure and snowinsh in quality. this problem dosnt reflectin my first hanset and others also but the same problem is reflect in this hanset also. i know it seems foolish but this handset also have same problem of picture clarity. if you want you can again pick up my hanset to verify all i will show the problem comparing with other hanset.

                swati Ghanawat Reply what the hell are you doing? this is the way to make people fool? please tell... as per your technical team they had changed motherboard and body of the cell then don’t you feel that the difference between the clarity of the handset?????

                its more than 1.5 month that HTC trying to resolve the problem of handset and still it reflects as it is?? why so??? if your unable to resolve and give back the same quality in my handset then why don’t you replace my hole handset or give new one as this is in warranty period... i am in trouble because of HTC facing difficulties due to handset. please let me know what will be the final step??

                i think you people have more knowledge and better understanding of the term CLEARITY. what kind of QA you have done from last week???? don’t u feel the difference???

                people those who are assisting they said they replace camera, update software and replace faulty part. then why it shows same problem in my handset?????

                swati Ghanawat Reply hi, today on 31.10.2011 my brother has collected my hanset from D.M. Services located at Vashi,Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. after using and observation, i found following problems in my handset ( camera clearity is worsen as compared to original one,when i started the camera, contineous lines are going on it means there is no screen stabilty. pictures and images are bloore there is no improvement in my handset).

                personaly i don't feel that there is any progress and improvement in my hanset when i had given it to service centre to resolve the problem.

                its my humble request to you please do something against my handset problem else replace my hanset. i fade up to do contineous call and visiting service centre. dueto this i am facing lots of problems as i am working i cant do daily up and down at service center and its timing is odd so its troublesome for me.Please take some necessary action to resolve the problem of hanset.

                again i am going to submit my hanset on tommorrow at D.M. Services, located at vashi.i hope at least this time i will get positive reply and changes in my hanset from HTC.

                  I bought HTC explorer handset. it was written on plastic cover of handset "ask for htc branded headset" but when I asked for the same,shopkeeper told that it will cost rs.300 extra for headset. my friend brought the same handset from other shop and he got headset with it free.so please kindly let me know how to get that headset.

                      I had ordered for a HTC-OZONE,Verizon mobile through order no.[protected]with sub order number 4318711and the same has been delivered to me through ARAMEX vide no [protected]. When i went through the settings that i nned to change all the numbers to +91 and the same couldnt be done.When i went to my service provider to set the internet on my mobile i was told that this mobile doesnt have the compatiablity. I went to one of your authorized service agent at k.k.nagar, chennai, he was in no mood to oblige and sent us back ruthlessly.I dont know what to do?. It has been a month and a half since i bought this mobile and i havent yet started using it. Please tell me what should i do?

                        I HAVE PURCHASED A BRAND NEW HTC SENSATION IN JUNE 2011 @ Rs 30000/-

                        From the Day I have purchased the phone i am facing network problem in that and after lots of complaint with vodafone for network issue i finally found that there was problem with handset and not with carrier provider...

                        Finally in Month of Oct 2011 i went to service center at Dadar they told i have leave my phone with them and it will be ready with 3 working days..
                        my phone was returned to me after 10 days instead of 3 days... with the same problem persisting... but service center assured me u take trial for a month or two and if still problem is there than visit us again....

                        The problem continued and since i had brought my life's costliest phone i never allow anyone to use my phone and i personally handle my phone...
                        I returned to HTC service center people in Nov 11 but to my surprise the told me my phone is liquid damage and i have to pay them 15000/- (HALF OF MY ORG. MOBILE PRICE) for repairs???

                        I dont know how could they say that??? since i am using my phone i know i have never put a single drop of water near my phone...
                        Now instead of solving my problem.. they created a new problem and now after a fight of almost a month HTC PEOPLE are offering me 50% discount on the price they quoted me...

                        PLEASE TELL ME AS A CONSUMER WHY I HAVE TO BEAR THIS CHARGE???? AS I THINK THE DAMAGE WAS DONE FROM SERVICE CENTER COZ. THEY SHOWED ME RED STICKER ON BACK SIDE OF PHONE... WHICH WAS RED SINCE I TOOK MY PHONE BACK IN OCT FROM THEM.. (AT THAT TIME I DIDNT KNEW THAT RED STICKER MEANS MOISTURE DAMAGE)

                        HTC Sensation — getting switched off automatically

                        My mobile gets switched off automically every now n then. Not able to attend any calls I am fed up with this phone.
                        Hi Neha. I m agree with you. Coz I am also facing same kind of network problem in my cell also from the day one.

                        I brought this same cell 1&1/2 month before. Now with network problem, I am facing touch problem also.
                        Still I didn't complain in any service center but i will go very soon.
                        Please tell me also, if you get any solutions for this.

                        I am from Baroda and facing same issue with new HTC sensation XE, I had purchase with price of Rs.31700/- which is one of the most expensive phone.

                        I am facing problem of network signals in my office and some time during call also network signal gets weak and reach to zero. with the same time, all others phone even if cheapest phone of Rs.1500/- has full signal and network to talk.

                        Its really problematic to handle this matter, I had complained to HTC and they suggested to use only GSM mode which I did but still same problem.

                        we will have to raise this issue further so we can get full refund or replacement with other model since on internal I have found lots of same complain of this model.

                          It is very disheartening to learn that my first experience with HTC has been painstaking. I paid 16k to buy HTC ChaCha 2 months back just to get a response from the service centre that my phone PCB is damaged. My previous phone (Sony Smart Phone) did not give me a chance to visit a service centre and still worked for last 1 hour till I purchased HTC.
                          I am losing business / work just because it can’t be repaired in a day and cannot be replaced with a new one as well. This is what I shall have to recommend to other people? Pls get my phone replaced as the last thing I need from HTC (service request# P8S[protected])

                            I have bought HTC wildfire S A510e on 14th Nov 2011.
                            Handset is giving problem from day one and I have visited their service centre in Vashi.
                            Its having very bad touch sense, found that it can be unlocked from only right side and left side may or may not work.
                            When I unlock phone and try to open anything it doesn't sense (no clicks) for 30 secs.
                            FM quality is very bad.
                            I complained it to HTC Help Center and their official site as well.
                            HTC representative updated software but still problem persists.
                            I asked for replacement, but he said use for few days then tell me.
                            Now I want replacement.

                              First of all I want to apologize that I am disturbing you while sending this mail and will make you sure that after getting solution of the below mentioned query I will never disturb you because in my future I am not going to buy any HTC product because of the excellent product and service provided by this company. I accepted my mistake that I brought this company's mobile and will make you sure that neither me nor my friends and my office staff going to face the same problem because they will also not going to buy any product from this company......

                              Now the problem is that I purchased a new HTC WILDFIRE A3333 and from the very first week i am facing the hanging problem. I need to remove battery 4 to 5 times in a day to restart my phone. Most of the time a pop up come with three options force close, wait and report. I went to your Kamla Nagar service station and the guy there told me that you have downloaded more than 3 or 4 application that's why you are facing this problem, you cant download more than 4 application in this phone this is not an APPLE product and even Apple's phone sometime facing this problem. Just tell me if we can't download applications in android phone so whats the use of it. They reset the phone and said to me that you will not face this problem again But with in 2 days I start facing the same problem and I talk to that guy again and he said to me that we need to change the MOTHERBOARD of this phone, than i disagree with this and said that I had purchased a new phone not a second phone and if you know that problem is with your new set than I need replacement.

                              Than I talked to your customer care representative Mr Mintu, he is the one who said to me that sir please submit your phone to service station and let me see the problem and he also said to me that he is going to call me in 24 hours but he didn't call me and in return i called him back and than he said to me that Sir please give me 4 hours I need to upgrade the software AND HE ALSO SAID TO ME THAT SIR IF YOU DOWNLOAD ANY HEAVY FILE THAN YOU WILL FACE THIS PROBLEM, i just want to know the declination of heavy file. I am using 4GB memory card and more than 3.5GB space is still available so 20 to 25 MB is your declination of heavy file and than he said to me that I will call you back before 7pm but again a fake commitment from HTC customer care service side......

                              Till now I asked for replacement but now I want my money back as I don't trust on this company any more.

                              So sir please let me know the process of getting money back

                                I bought HTC mobile incredible S on April 11, but in sep 11 it created problem and display was not showing. I handed over my set for Swaping to Patiala dealer on sep last week from where i have bought my set. dealer assured to me that he will help me to swap the set, but he did not do any help and send the set to distributor of HTC based at Ludhiana i.e. SK Enterprises. I follow up with dealer for whole month of October and he harrashed me so many times and each time he told that just in few days your set will get repaired. When i forced him to provide my set , then he gave distributor number to me for directly contact with him. when i contacted to distributor (Aman Minhans) he told to me that he had received set on 3rd Nov 11 and he has given to service center and when set will get repair he will send. With lot of harassment i searched HTC service center on internet and contacted to them and according to service center, Ludhiana i.e. BM Services he received set on 7th Nov. Acc. to them part is not available with them and when they will receive they will send the set. I contacted to call center of HTC so many times and according to them they will call to me after getting status from service center. i am totally fed up from these things. till date i have not received any correct information about my set. pls help.

                                  I purchased HTC Salsa one and half month back. My mobile battery gets heated when i charge it or travel continuously. Also the SD card of the mobile gets unmounted very frequently, just in 2-3 minutes after restarting, so i couldn't see my photos in gallery, or listen to the music. Somebody pls suggest me how to rectify this issue or provide me the details of nearest authorized service center.

                                    I have 8 month old htc wildfire phone. I visited 5 times to service center and done the following changes:

                                    3 times - phone board issue ( they replaced it )
                                    1 time - display problem ( thy replaced it )

                                    Now again it gives some issue related to Hardware.

                                    Why htc always replace hardware parts if phone is very new ( just 6-8 month ) why not phone he replace it?

                                    They should do the same if customer face issue very frequently.

                                    I had very bad exp. with my phone. Hope htc do the needful to make its brand and trust.

                                      I purchased an HTC wildfire 4 months back. and now it is having a lot of problems with my touch. I went to the Service center. they confirmed that the cell phone needs to get its touch replaced but is out of stock. And asked for a week's time to get the touchscreen, not it has been about a month and there is no response. they keep on just telling me that it will come by the end of the next week...
                                      and now i have to face a lots of problems because of not having my cell phone in working condition.,
                                      Really dissatisfied by the after sale service,,,
                                      Hi there, I just bought HTC Sensation a month and half ago, I really like it as its best phone out there for me, But after using every singlr day, its Battery life has gpone wrose and now it doesnt last longer than 4-5 hours which is bad as. I have done my best to extend battery life. I turned off some features like Auto Sync any time and some others, But nothing worked out.
                                      So is there anyone who can suggest me to do something for long battery life?
                                      Second problem is it gets hot after using 30 minutes, When i touch the bottom part of screen it feels like its gona get fire., , .

                                        Its been 20 days i have given my handset to the service centre by the name of SALORA sco-2473-74 sector-22c I was told that my handset will we repaired as LDC got broken as in response i always get the answer by the service centre people that the LCD is not avilable. Its very odd to listen to the same reply N numbers of time. Its been not more then one month that i bought the handset. Its the first time i bought the handset or been assosiated with HTC but now i feel that it was better to be with NOKIA or SONY because they are the best service provider. With a very heavy heart I am saying that if i will not be getting my phone set repaired i wasted my 18000/- buks on HTC I could have boughted Nokia,Sony or Apple atleast ill nt b dissatisfied with the serivces. My phone is still lying with the service centre people i dont knw what should i do i am helpless.
