There are very few service centers available for HTC mobiles and they are not catering through exclusive centers like Nokia..There is a big difference between Nokia and HTC..Only god knows when they will improve their after sales service

Dear customer,

Your complaint is genuine and we accept it..but comparing with the mobile giant Nokia is incorrect at this particular time considering the huge volumes nokia handles..But HTC is only into smartphones..and there was a long time need for exclusive stores..And they are gradually opening exclusive stores (By TVS-E Servicetec) across India..In phase I they are opening in major cities and by 2010 it will spread across tier 2 & 3 cities also.. few of the address I can get for u are

i have very bad experince with Htc desierz . i m facing problem with my touch pannel not a single time it's now fourth time n when ever i go to htc service center chandigarh they replace my lcd of my mobile thrice of time n take a week to replace mean to say they keep my mobile for a month
As my luck my mobile is in warranty period so they replace lcd without any cost but after warranty period ???

    htc fault duplicate item

    I have purchased HTC desire 816 my htc charger had dead one time and again One time so I hve complain for u if your mobile phone not work properly then please don't sold us

    Phone not working well

    I baught this phone year aga but started facing problem within 4 months.
    Then service center repaired my phone and again phone stopped working.
    There is many problem in software.
    I have spent 24k on this product bt its not at at all worth it.

      I had problem with my HTC P3400i and i gave it for servicing at Channel9(A private store) as it was close to my house.They gave it back to me saying that the problem couldnt be rectified. I later gave the phone to HTC service center(Ovez communications) bangalore where they said that they would call back the next day to update the status of the phone.They didnt call back.after 2 days i called them on phone and they dont know what the problem is on the mobile. again i called them after 3 more days.The manager Mr.Abdul razzak picked up the call and told that it was a holiday and he was the only guy working there at that time. again he doesnt know what the problem is on the mobile. later after some more days i called the HTC service center when the manager himself told that the problem was with motherboard and he told that the warranty has expired online and told that it couldn’t be repaired as motherboard costs 70 percent of the mobile phone cost and asked me to get the mobile bill, He also told me that he would replace the motherboard if i get the bill.
      I go there with the bill and the receptionist gave me the phone saying that it is liquid damage(Am like WTF!! i ve not dropped it anywhere in water and also they didnt mention anything when i first gave them the phone as there was no colour change of the sticker and also when i spoke with them on phone that was not mentioned).I told them that i ve not dropped it in water and am very sure of it. Later Mr.Abdul razzak takes the phone enters the lab area and did somethin.He came back and told me that somethin inside is tampered and it is voilation of warranty.He told that it might be done by Channel9 people(Why is he telling me that now....only reason is i denied the liquid damage thing...I think he went inside and tampered that).I am seriously hurt with this incident.I have lost my respect for HTC Bangalore center and more over i ve lost my HTC P3400i gifted by my girl friend.HTC Bangalore service center(Ovez communications) is horrible.

        HTC S710 — PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

        Hi, I had given my mobile to your Service Centre in Pune on 18/07/2009.They said me it will be done within two working days but it was not done. After calling them for a week there was no answer. Then I had to personally go there to check what is the problem on 20/07/2009.They said their telephone was not working for 2/3 days but I was calling them from about a week. Then I enquired about my phone they said me it will be done in 10 mins as the part which was destroyed had just arrived. Then I took the Managers number (Manoj)I called him up he said it will 1 or 2 days and they other guy says 10mins.Both were giving wrong information, I waited there for about an hour and later he says it will take time. Is this CUSTOMER SERVICE you provide. Then I called Viraj on 25/07/2009 he did not answer the call. Later i had call Manoj (MGR)he said he would look into the matter and give a call back.I have not received a call from their side. Today (30/07/2009)I called up Viraj at around 11.00am he said that the phone is ready and he just has turn it on and check it and will give a call in 10 minutes received no call from their end. I think it is their responsibility to give a call at least. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
        I have received my mobile on 31/07/2009.There is a crack in my mobile now what should I do about it? Hi Manish, I called up the Manager (Manoj) he said me to submit the mobile.When I call up the Customer Service Centre the phone is always busy.Called up Viraj on his mobile phone it was busy called up after 2 minutes his phone is switched off.Why is it so? Could you please escalate the issue to your supervisor.I don`t think it is going anywhere.It is been two weeks i have not been able to talk to your Customer Care Centre.I want an immediate action to be taken or can you give me call regarding the same on [protected].. I visited your service centre on Saturday ie 08/08/2009.They said me that the handset was cracked earlier and I don`t think so.They do not pick up the phone they say that the phone is dead but on saturday i was allowed to go in the working place and i saw that the phone was fine they were just not answering the phone WHY is it so.I don`t think you will be able to resolve my issue so escalate the issue to your superiors.I have given my handset once again to change the keyboard they told me they will give it on tuesday let`s see.I want my cracked panel to be changed. Reply I had given my mobile on 8/8/2009 to the service centre in pune for change of keyboard.They said me it will be done on tuesday but now they say the part is not available.What the bull is happening? You want the job sheet number have you not checked the attachments or read the mail. the first job sheet number is 1522 and second is sis[protected]. can you tell me a number or email address so that i can talk someone in USA.Inspite of talking to Gaurav Rathod and Rakesh there has been no action taken on your end I think this is the reason why India lacks behind.Commitments made are never taken care of, Gaurav said me he would give a call before 6.00pm on 13/08/2009 still I`m waiting for his call.Rakesh a great person has never responded.This is the customer service you provide.I talked Mrs Chaudhary on 22/08/2009 she said me you can collect it on 24/08/2009.On 25/08/2009 I went to the service centre to collect the handset to my surprise it was closed.Then a person comes out I asked him is he an employee of HTC he says NO I`m a relative and has come from ahmedabad.Later I went inside created a chaos the same person comes in his name was Hiten Patel.I think this is the worst Customer Service provided.
        HTC is the worst cell phone ever, with chinese speaking personel, N card cannot be loaded in the phone. bad choice to choose them

        HTC S710 — Poor response and worst service and rude behaviour

        I PATEL JAYCHANDRA P. own a htc mobile whose model is HTC S710.
        display of my htc phone got damaged on 12th april 2010. i went to the htc customer care center in vadoara located at Race course circle on 14th april 2010 and its a authorised service station at HTC.
        they gave me an extimation of 6500rs for display and belt by "Mr. Beneet Tanna". then i checked myself and came to know only display was not working and belt was completely allright.(i would like to take into your consideration that i have very good knowledge and experience in mobile repairing). On 2nd june 2010 i again went to that center and i informed Mr. Beneet that in this phone only display is not working and he gave me estimation of rs. 4500/- and told me to collect my cell after one week. I gave my cell for repairing over there.
        I called him many times but he always answered that my phone wasn't repaired.
        On 29th June 2010 i called him for knowing about status of my phone. He answered me in a very very very RUDE tone and kept on repeating that he is unable to find display from HTC Company and not available with the company itself, and he asked me to take back my phone and he will get it packed by next day.Sir/Madam i want you to know the fact that his tone was very bad and it was really very rude. He even adviced me to throw my in garbage can.
        After such a shamefull display from your customer center i now wish not to look towards the HTC Company anymore. It has such annoying customer care executives who dont care to respect their customers and it doen't even have spares for future repairing
        i wrote this letter to bring to your notice the way your executives treat your customers.

        I BELONG FROM ASSAM ( GUWAHATI). ACTULLY I gave my htc 501 phone for servicing 28/01/2015.they are given me expect return date 10/02/2015. but they don't return my phone yet.. plz help...and solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I have not got my phone htc 816 desire from 45 days as they promised to return back within 7-10 days as it lcd was broken ...m really fed up of their poor service ..i want a quick action a soon as possible.

          I have given htc s 710 hand set for repair, at Borivali Taipan authorised HTC centre, for 2 days and they are unable to find problem, the mere problem is the gap between keypad and mobile has enlarged, and they are not able to find simple problem , they keep on giving false promises, HTC is really good product untill and unless it gives problem, as the after services in INdia sply in Mumbai is very Poor, third calss, Come on Improve HTC, wake up!!!!!

          HTC S 710 — System blanks out, hangs, shows no SIM

          I purchased an HTC S710 Aug 2007, since then I have had to reformat and reload OS thrice and in July 08. the motherboard was replaced.

          Recently problems have started once again
          System suddenly blanks out, and I have remove battery to reset
          Blue light (blue tooth) is continously blinking inspite blue-tooth being disabled
          Repeatedly shows no SIM.

          Each time I go to service center they just reformat, by which all data is lost, but no solution is in sight.

          Now they say instrument it is out of warranty and hence they will charge. This is inspite of changing the motherboard 3 months back.
          same here..i got my motherboard replaced..lost more than 2500+ messages..got it replaced in december..for screen problems..(frankly i have NO idea how sliding the keyboard should affect the screen but it used to blank out, and to fix this they replaced the mainboard), the guy at the customer care even reluctantly said "motherboard problem" even before i told him my problem..
          paid Rs 17000+ for it last year..
          now its simcard with fault..Killer..
          by the way, , if you use the keyboard in the open mode when the phone is started the sim works..
          you can quick restart using the flight mode in comm mgr..just enable once and disable flight mode subsequently..it will work so long as the keyboard is open..

          i purchased htc s710 handset from delhi in july 2008 but frm some months its battery backup very bad now i charge my handset fully but it does not give the required backup when i receive the call or calls the battery runs for only 5 minutes the backup is very low how can i get d another battery in price less than Rs 500

            From last 2 months i am searching S-720 body to change.
            But i am not getting from any of the dealer.
            After Sale service is not there in mumbai.

            i am from kanpur i purchased htc mobile last year from first day there was problem in set after spending my time many times it was told that there is manufacturing problem so the service centre changed the mother board as told by them a month before since i got the mobile set there is once again a problem that the set is not able to connect in reliance i have many times given written complaint to lucknow and delhi office pl help.

              HTC Global Services situated in MEPZ Chennai, India is one of the Companies which utilizes human resources to the fullest for a mere salary of Rs 4500[work will be for 12 hours maximum]... So guys pls don't join this organisation,,,, It doesn't even pay it's employees within the stipulated time........

              Hi All,

              Iam sharing my bitter experience which iam going through with HTC. Before thrasing them remember that I was a loyal customer of HTC who used touch(1st gen) and diamond 1st gen. And now i
              have bought diamond2. I had no problems with both of my previous mobiles....

              I purchased this mobile(diamond2) about couple of months back. And it was working fine untill about 3 weeks back(issue started approx from 1st month). The main problem was 1) Mobile was heating up at the back without any usage, 2) batter drains off in about 30 mins even after a full charge. This is were the problem started. I called up HTC customer care and got the address of the nearby service center(salora - HSR layout). Wehn i went there they diagnosed and confirmed its a mother board problem and it has to be replaced. I was shell shocked. I spoke to HTC customer care and requested them to replace my set rather than using a repaired set after spending 30,000 INR. I went to the service center prior to last friday, were service center promised they will give the delivery on wednesday.

              No one from HTC called me even once and though its more than a week now i haven’t got any call from their service center either. I called the customer care about 10 times now to get an update and all they say is "its been escalated to their manager" and i will get the call in next 24hrs. Be-live me no one called me even though it has been more than a week now. Iam really pissed off, and i request everyone else to stay away from this brand.... i will update as soon as i have something... going to call them now....

              I gave one start just because i can’t give anything negative... i assume that htc ripped me and i will take this that i lost 30,000 rs.

              After 1-1/2 weeks i called their cusotmer care & After confirming with the service center guys i went to their showroom after 45 mins of tiring drive from whitefiled due to the hectic traffic. Once i reach... i got an answer from their front desk that ’’their techie has taken my mobile with him when he went to microsoft’s workshop’’. How in the world they are allowed to use my mobile i had no clue... Yet another disappointment. I requested the front desk person to give it to me on written and he did and i requested for their stamp on it. He also promised that he will send the mobile to my place.

              Next day a person came to my door step with the mobile but still the issue which i mentioned hasn’t been fixed. I called the service center people and informed them promptly and i said iam not going to get this mobile. Next day around 11AM i called the service center i got an update that the mobile is under the observation and i will get a call in the evening about the status(Friday). I waited and due to my busy schedule i complete forgot my mobile.

              Today(sauterday) i called the service center again and after 6 continuous call a guy picks up the phone and informs that the service section isn’t functioning today as its sauterday(this was never communicated by the htc customer support previously). So i called their customer support and they promised again that i will receive a call before 5pm in the evening. And I was waiting till 5:15pm and no call arrived.

              At 5:20pm i tried to call their customer care and all got was their working time ends by 5:30 and no one pickedup my call..... GOD PLEASE SAVE ME & SAVE MILLIONS OF OTHERS FROM BUYING A HTC....... Its been exactly 2 weeks iam running around without my mobile(so called [censored] busioness call mobile). My question activity id is ’’09INCW43ENA000234’’ ; with htc.... GOD AGAIN PLEASE SAVE ME....

              Now in to 3rd week.... I was transfered to a supervisor from the customer care & he said i will receive call from their service head quarters for 3 days now... this is the usual answer "sir please wait till the evening our senior staff from service head quarters will call you" when i try to contact him in the evening(i just dont want to mention his name here) I get a reply that he is in meeting and suddenly their shift gets over... Even after returning back the mobile twise to their service center they dosnt even know what the problem is... I will update this thread based on what happens today....
              i was going to get HTC desire from UK through a friend and after looking at this post I am really confused ...
              HTC products are fairly good but the after sales care is poor (as it is outsourced) and the software updates are rushed out and not tested properly.

              HTC I am afraid to say that their standards are slipping and so is their commitment to device stability, customer services & satisfaction leaves alot to be desired, and I can say this because, HTC are issuing faulty software/ROM for the Touch Pro2 whereby the noise cancellation is so good no-one can hear me, HTC when the do repair inevatably the repair centres damage handsets and do nothing to put it right, they cracked my keyboard surround and just blank the issue and now I'm taking HTC to court to put it all right, and currently my family all use HTC thats 6 handsets alone in this house, well I guess they just don't care.

              If anyone reading this is thinking about getting HTC, good luck when it breaks down and the call centre you call is not HTC they outsource to other companies (in the UK a company called WDS Global) most of the outsourced centres have little or no maral or trading ethics and work from a script but they do HTC equaly a dis service as HTC do themselves by not caring about your problem so a well suited alliance.
              The problem of the Mobile getting heated, up on even 5 to 10 minutes usage is a big problem. Because of this Iam not able to use the features of the phone. Definetly this is a flop design and please stay away from the HTC mobiles. Globally the HTC's authorised service centre's capability in fixing the on going issue is absolutely ZERO.

              Though the browising speed is good we cannot use the Phone continuously because of one reason, abnormal "HEAT" generated.

              Because I had already invested in this useless phone, Iam now using it only for making and receiving calls.. that too not for a long time.. Due to HEAT ...HEAT...HEAT...HEAT

              MY HTC DESIRE C SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING AND THE SERVICE CENTRE IN HYDERABAD INDIA TOLD THAT THE DEVICE IS ALRIGHT BUT SOFTWARE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AT COST OF Rs. 6500 for device costing Rs. 9900

              SIR, I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED HTC 526 G + WHITE COLOUR . WITHIN 10 DAYS THE BACK COVER OF MOBILE, COLOUR STARTED ELIMINATING AND BECOMING OLD LIKE 1 YEAR. PLEASE CHECK THE IMAGE I HAVE SEND .

              my mobile was over heating

                HTC Mobile — non receipt of item

                I have paid Rs.16999.00 towards the cost of htc mobile as offered by indiatoday book club on 22Oct 2009 and they promised me that the item will delivered to me within 10 working days. But I have not received the item till today.The most important thing is they are not reachable in any mode after that. I think I am one among many cheated by the firm. I am planning to move consumer court against them as I have all the proof with me to claim.

                  I had a HTC phone under warranty. When it got some problem, it took a lot of time to search the authorised service center for HTC in Mumbai. After I went and submitted the phone for repairs, they took almost 30 days to repair the phone.

                  Earlier we have purchased one HTC Handset. It was mishandled by us and submitted to the HTC Authorized Service Centre Named Salora in Okhla on 18/07/2009. Their Contact number of the centre is 29207156/57/58. After submitting our handset to them, we have called so many times to know the repair status. But every time, we have been told to call after 2 days or 3 days. It's been a very long time to submit our handset for repair but till today we have not received even a single call from them regarding the status of our phone.

                  We are suffering from this action as we are not able to make and receive calls.

                  Kindly look into this matter and do the needful accordingly on urgent basis.

                  I'm a New User of HTC HD2 (Leo), in fact it's my first experience o[censored]sing HTC. We 5 friends bought the same handset on my recommendation hoping for the best Technology from HTC Team. But unfortunately the Technical Staff of your Service Centre is so poor and Customer Care Service is very dull. Every time you’re Service Centre Guys Just Format the Handset with SD Card to resolve the Problem, but it's still not resolved. Below the concerns I'm facing which is not known to any of your Technical Experts:-

                  1) HTC Sense Audio is giving "Don’t Send & Send Error Reporting Message", post inserting the SD Card given by you only with Songs.
                  2) Not able to view the complete Sites on Opera, as some portion locked to scroll (i.e Orkut)
                  3) Handset gets damn hanged & some Applications stops working, I need to Open the Back cover every time to reset it.
                  4) My Location changes randomly with any reason & Weather Application does not provide correct Details sometime (I’ve unlimited Data Usage Plan so no problem from my Side)
                  5) Not able to find the Supported Applications or Add-ins for the Handset (i.e Google Talk).

                  Your Customer Care Staff have committed so many times to give me a Call Back just to wrap the Call, but I've never Recvd any Call Date for the resolution.

                  Just for your kind information, we all were the User of Samsung previously. The Samsung Staff was very keen towards the Customer Service. Their Engineers are very well versed with their Product Information and Troubleshooting, Also if the Resolution is not available on Call the surely give a Call Back to the Customers. No Matter how long the Call is.

                  I know we all have wasted our money by buying your Product (39, 000 Per Handset), as none of your Team Member is interested in Customers with sold products. Plz take it as a feedback for your Team for improvement. And if possible then plz give resolution to us as well.

                    HTC Touch — Horrible Brand/Phone

                    I purchased HTC touch last year and since then i have welcomed a problem...The handset was purchased from Home Soutions Electronics Bazaar- Mulund W... After 2 months of purchase, the body of my handset got burnt...The body was burnt due to the normal charging of the phone.. Despite showing it to the authorised service centre of HTC i.e at Vikhroli, no resolution/ service provided claiming it to be unusual.
                    Recently i just reset the phone to normal factory settings and to my wonder it didnt work after that.. I started getting a prompt of network locked on my h/s.. After showing it to the service center again, they have advised not to go for the repair as they will finally have to replace the motherboard which is costing around
                    10 thousand rupess and not worth the repair. The issue basically was that there is a problem in the sim card slot and the sim card slot is attched to the motherboard of the h/s and hence the h/s in short is useless...
                    Just because of the making of the h/s is such, the customer will have to bear the consequences...
                    BUYING A HTC IS A TERRIBLE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE...TRUST ME GUIYS DO NOT BUY HTC EVER...
                    I HAVE NOT ONLY 1 BUT 2 HTC HANDSETS...AND I REGRET TO HAVE BOTH

                      After sales service from HTC is atrocious. They seem to be getting so many complaints that they frown at every customer and they won't even bother to pick any telephone calls. You will need to visit their center to know about the service status and it will take at least a week for even a small issue.
                      My HTC Touch phone had a problem with charging the battery. I was asked to replace the entire motherboard thats costs 80% of the entire instrument. On top of that, only 6 months warranty whereas new phones come with 1 year warranty.
                      If anybody succeeds calling HTC's toll free customer service number, please let me know. It does not even seem to be a valid number. It looks like they are not at all serious about after sales service and with so many people in their service center, HTC phones are definitely avoidable.

                      I had the same problems and tried contacting the service centers of htc but no use. Then I decided to mail the HTC worldwide ceo and the founder about the situation (dont ask how i got the id's :) ). and it shook the entire HTC india office and my work was done. I would suggest you to mail the problem directly to [protected]@htc.com who is the head of Asia HTC. I am sure your problem will be solved.

                          HTC Touch P 3452 — Phone not working properly

                          Hi I bought an HTC Touch P 3452 Phone on 12/12/2008 fro 15, 800/- rupees. The phone worked fine for two months but from the last three months it is giving me a n etwork problem most of the time my phone is not reachable to people who try me also i can physically see very few signals or no signals at times the same GSM Chip is working fine in other hand set. For this problem I have given the phone for repair to the HTC People three times and still it is not working properly.

                          HTC has two service centres in Delhi & NCR one at Palam Dabri Road and the other at Okhla. My phone has twice been repaired at Palam workshop and once at Okhla workshop. Its a mad rush at there service centres every time I had gone there it took me at least an hour to submit the phone for repair and they would request me to take the phone after few working days so again I had to visit the service centre to collect the phone this process was done three times. Even after all this the phone is not working and the same problem presisits.

                          I called the HTC call centre again and requested them to replace my phone, they have again asked me to submit the phone for repair.I feel cheated and harrased on their their not agreeing to replace the phone. I have requested them via email to kindly give me in writing that they can't replace the phone which they are not doing. Kindly help me on this issue. Following afre my phone details:-

                            my son inlaw took out a contract for my daughter at MTN Vangate Mall, Cape Town there already the service was poor with paperwork not being done correctly etc...etc...then not even having the contract a month the phones gives software problems but in turn just with simple handling the screen cracks (say whatever you like - simple handling no throwing or using as a weapon well i can now) it's then taken to Canal walk repair centre which in turn has to send it to Midrand, Jhb which my son inlaw clearly states MIX SOFTWARE & lists the problems and on being there he asks the lady assisting him if they could get a QUOTE on the screen being repaired she said nothing about 'that seeing that you want your screen looked at they wont do one job they will want to do all otherwise your phone will be returned as is' NOTHING WAS SAID OR CONTRACT QUOTED as per the 2 gentleman in the repair centre which i chatted to, i think the service was terrible but should i wnt to cancel the contract i get sued (read the fine print i guess) then after speaking to so many people they then have to fix the screen at R628.25 - so i give the Canal walk a go ahead to fix, waited a week to hear that the lady did not send the job through then the guy says he will & now when they collected it THE SCREEN WASN'T DONE!!!!!!! with all due respect the contract should be allowed to be terminated with immediate affect, money refunded or the screen replaced free of charge!!! This is what happens if you dont sit and read a 2 font size document before giving any cell shop business!!!!!! DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!

                                I have submited my HTC mobile to ur Borivali branch for repaires purposed at that time they have revert to me saying the touch screen problem is there & after 15/20 days back, i.e befor two days i have received my cell from ur service center.after paying amount of 3995/- after receipt of mobile next day their is voice controller problem get start suddenly & when i again approched the service center they are saying their is motherboard problem & that is not repairable How this problem get start suddenly??? I want the answer from you end as well as as per Govt their is VAT for proper bill 10.36 , then how your centers charges 12.36%???? if such misguiding is happening from centers those are opened for services of customers. then how would public reliy on same.

                                    Myself Bhavin Parmar have purchased Htc Touch viva on 18/05/09 . My phone is under warranty.I was satisfied with its performance till 3 months , Last month i had problem in my phone of toch screen . Then given to Shreeji Times care center Baroda . Care center change item ITMI part but did not repair speaker problem. When i got my phone back , Phone was locked so again i had to visit care center again for that problem, When that problem was solved again i had problem in network. Phone couldn't catch the vodafone network in Nadiad city , Gujarat . Till date it is not solved and speaker problem is as it is. Now i m not satisfied with the service of htc phone . I have attached Bill of phone and service report with this mail.
                                    I m working as Project Engineer and facing lot of problems with my duty as i m not able to communicate with my staff and other contractors.
                                    Shreeji times care center is 65 kms away from my home town Nadiad and every visit is of about 1000Rs. ( Leave in office and Petrol in my car). I had visited Shreeji Times Baroda two times.

                                    Please do needful to solve my problem.

                                      This is Rupesh again, as i have again given my phone for warranty on 10th sep 2009. i haven't get any response and yesterday on 18/09/09 i called your service station for the status they said come and collect your phone it is corrected they again changed the mother board, but when i checked their the problem is the same and i showed it to your executive they checked with other HTC models also and said problem is with the network saying AIRTEL does not support HTC P3400i, i have checked with the service providers already no problem regarding network. Mr.Durga prasad spoked to Mr.Venkateshwarlu(RM) regarding this matter, They have told me to wait for another 48hrs i,e. on monday till 0400pm for final result, I dont want the phone now i have waited and wasted my time in roaming for the phone if the phone does'nt support AIRTEL then what is the use of keeping plz return my money back so that i will go for the other phones which supports AIRTEL, i have already told that to replace the hand set 3 times the mother board was replaced but the problem is not solved, i dont want the same phone again, give me a new phone or upgrade me to other model which supports AIRTEL its not my problem i want my money back or an upgrade, waiting for an earlier action to be taken

This was said more than 08 times when ever i call them, their is no response from the company.the service center staff dont know how to explain the customer, when finally today i, e. 20/07/09 i asked for my phone the staff says to call ur HTC head office for the reason and giving the delhi number, when the phone was given to them they said they will give within 06hrs like that they started telling more 03 days 04 days and it was countinuing finally today they promised to give last chance to wait for 72hrs or else do what ever u want to do.

                                      what does it mean we purchase hand sets for this purpose, is that what HTC mean
                                      if that is the thing we suggest all consumers not to purchase HTC phones were their service is not good

                                      i would like an early action to be taken regarding the complaint which will be really appreciable..

                                      Buddy, I have same problem. These toll free guys are not taking any responsibilty nor the service centre guys. If you have fixed this problem, let me know how i can.

                                      hi rupesh as in same service center with same phone with same problem me too facing
                                      and 1 more thing u should know they said u airtel does not work in p3400 but i am facing problem with airtel, aircel, vodafone and with idea
                                      I had given my phone for reparing the storage card,The people there said that it is out of warranty period but it was as cheacked 9 days of warranty was left so they didn't take the phone for repairing in the company i had to travell pune to give it they are taking Rs.4500 for repairing i shall sue them if needed.
