I've htc 828 and the mic is not working properly.. I visited service centre 4 times for the same problem but they are unable to resolve the issue. My charger is also not working and they are giving me the charger which is different from an original one... I'll not suggest anyone to buy htc phone.. The staff is also impolite. They don't even talk politely with customers.

Here i am writing you regarding htc service issue.
I had submitted my htc 10 handset at authorized service center in agra on 09/06/2017 due to display issues.
Estimated delivery time mentioned was 14/06/2017.
Now its 17/07/2017 & still i had no information regarding my phone.
I tried contacting htc service center but they are not telling me anything regarding my phone.
I had also contacted htc escalation team but they are again & again emailing me to wait.
Its been a month how long do i need to wait for my phone.

It is regret to say that htc is a most popular brand in mobile and the mobile sets are very expensive. I have purchased htc desire 828 dual sim in the year 2016 amounting to rs. 19, 900/- from raja telecom, dak bunglow road, patna.
This model is a cdma/gsm 4gset. After closing of cdma, i have purchased a jio sim and jio is also functioning not good, voice call does not support but 4g network works. Due to non functioning of voice call, i am not utilising the set from february, 2017. One fine day when i operated the mobile set, the same is not opening. I have submitted the set to your local service centre i, e, tvse, patna. They have received the set on 11th july, 2017 whose job sheet no. Qo[protected], ticket no. [protected] mentioning that there is a problem in touch screen. As soon, it will be repaired then will communicate to you. On 14th july, 2017, they informed me on phone that the mother board of the said set is not functioning hence the same would be need to change. When i enquired about the price of the motherboard they said it will cost rs. 10, 000/- which is every expensive and exorbitant price.
Now the question arise that the set which i have purchased cost me rs, 19900/- which is also an expensive model and after utilising not more than a year and the mother board of the set is damaged very earlier, the defects should be changed by the company. It should not be charged by the customer as other technical problems arises in the mobile sets but mother board problem might be arised in a year.
I, therefore, request you to kindly change the mother board of my mobile set without any charges as the same is already expensive model.
Please let me know what the company is decided in the repairing of my mobile set as i cannot afford again for changing of mother board of the said mobile set.

I am writing this regarding a complaint against htc m9plus prime camera edition purchased on[protected].
I started facing problems few months back, firstly it stopped detecting the sim card which created a lot of problem for which i got it repaired and got my phone back after 3 days. A week later it suddenly stopped working.
I had given it into nearby repairing center which is htc authorized service center,
Shop no. 3, 4, 1st floor, ansal plaza, ferozpur rd, gurdev nagar, ludhiana, punjab 141001.
I submitted my phone on[protected] by the name himanshu chopra. I left my phone in service center as they required some part which was to be replaced. Till date service center people are not getting the required part as the company says they have stopped this phone series.
I wont take this as an excuse, this is very bad service which company is providing me. I want an answer and fixed date that when will company deliver the required part which service center has requested. As its just almost a year that i bought this phone, i think its totally waste of my money because there is no scope of getting it repaired. I want a proper solution to my problem as soon as possible, give me a way to deal with this matter, or replace my phone with whatever series u have which is currently working properly.
Kindly get in touch with the service center asap and give me a solution to this matter.

I have bought htc handset from your authorized center apple n berry on dated 30/11/2016.in handset problen that.. Handset is too heat during calling i was visit service centre same supplier for 4 time for same problem but till date not solved problem.
I had given details when i was visit centre for service
01.. Date. 31/5/2017.. For battery problem as per authorized person.
02. 21/5/2017.. For software problem as per authorized person
03... 28/6/2017 phone swichoff during calling
Till date my handset in service centre..

I have bought this HTC phone. Model : HTC ONE (M8) ( Gold) IMEI Number : [protected] I need new nano sim tray, but it is not available in both of your service centers (Bangalore) for the last 2 months.. and they say it is old ...etc . Request you to please arrange the same .. otherwise i will end up not buy HTC for the rest of my life.

I purchased HTC one X9 dated 30th July 2016. I had suffered lots and lots of problem.. I already submit my mobile 4 times at your customer care. I left my mobile in the month of January the problem was battery. Now i suffered the same problem ... again battery problem and restart. now my warranty is going to be over in July. Now its in warranty. My trust level is goes down. Please help me to get out this problem. Now i thought purchased a HTC mobile with cost around 25, 500 . Is goes in dustbin. Its a complaint regarding HTC Desire 826,
The history of HTC DESIRE 826 MOBILE Complaints that i purchased on 11/08/2015 is mentioned below:

From the purchase date 11/08/2015 (1)after few months on dated 10/2015 Receiver audio output level left (audio channel) got complaint and i send to HTC service centre named RR CELL CARE # 15/507 A35, Yamuna Arcade, Kallai Road, Calicut – 673002, Kerala, and they send to banglore service centre and clear the complaint and send back to me after 15 days.(2) after few months on dated 05/2016 the same complaint repeated with automatic mobile swithoff complaint again i send mobile for repair to the same service center and clear the complaint after one month and(3) again on 09/2016 the same complaint repeted and repair it and received back after 25 days. At the warranty time itself the HTC Desire 826 mobile that i purchased on 11/08/2015 got complaint thrice. (4)Now after warranty period the same compaint repeated with additional complaint, complaint(1) Speaker (2) front camera (3) over heat on dated 27/05/2017, at present the service center got shutdown and change to Mobnet Mobiles (Collection Point) Room No: 13/507 C--16, 2Nd Floor, Yamuna Arcade, Kallayi Road, Palayam. Near Mcc Bank., [protected] and the service centre is irresponsible and they says excuses for to repair my mobile. we are totally disappointed with this HTC DESIRE 826 MOBILE.the result of my HTC mobile purchase is waste of time, loss of money and all. so here my requirement is valid. so replace the mobile to a new device or replace the mobile with an another version of HTC mobile with equal worth. i send several email to Htc Customer support but didn't get a favourable reply yet.

I had submitted my mobile set for repair at htc care trichy for repair on 23.03.2016 and i have not received back my mobile set till date. I communicated repeatedly to all htc customer care people and there is no solution given to me. The customer care representative and htc care at trichy are neglecting to my quarries. Requested help please.

the screen went blurred and apps went missing, after sometime the screen went totally blank, underr this condition i went to ezone cosmos mall, sevok road siliguri. they took the phone from me but and gave me the phone after servicing, after few days, it works for next 24 hrs and then the same thing repeated again i am unable to use it anymore . i hope you consider to replace the handset or refund my money

Volte is essential for a flagship phone. Cannot use default calling app to make calls, which makes a very bad experience on my htc 10. So i urge you to update it.

Being a flagship phone, the support from the customer representatives is of no use. They just say we have no information currently about volte update since 6 months.

Could not find an answer to this yet? Atleast yes or no?

I hope this gets resolved in the upcoming update. Also notify about when is the next software update.

Kindly find the below complaints from a very frustrated customer from using htc desire 10 pro
-i bought my device on feb 13 2017 here in hyderabad, telangana at 27, 000 /-and it was my first experience with htc after only 2 months i started on facing a performance issue.
- on may 2017 suddenly i lost all my work data, emails and contacts without any warning.
-later it started hanging and switching off, even if it fully charged it suddenly says low battery and is getting off.
- the conclusion is during this 4 months i used the mobile for only few days with average very frustrated experience from wasting time and effort and bad effect on my work.
-i'm a person from middle class family and i cant leave my job and rome around the service centers after buying it for such a huge amount which i cant afford to buy another phone, it is the worst phone i have ever used in my life, i want to return this phone kindly please refund my amount which i have spent on this mobile.

Htc 828 given for repair batterey issue, on 13/06/2017,

Please update it in vlte. We are getting to much problem in voice in using lte
And i have also problem in bettery my go down in only 2 hour what should i do
There is inbuilt bettery how can i use it. Please try to resolve my problem soon

I have deposted my HTC Desire 626 dual sim mobile set for repiar at HTC authorised service centre TVSE Badshahnagar crossing, Mahanagar Lucknow on 20.06.2017 ticket No. [protected]. I received a message that my handset is ready for delivery. I call to may times to service centre on registered phone No.[protected] for confirm delivery time but no one receive phone call. At last I reached service centre on 22.06.2017 at about 5:45 pm after travelling approx 130 km distance (Hardoi to Lucknow) for reveive my mobile but no one attend me at cervice centre and he told me to come tomorrow. I request to listen me but he treat very crudely and told to come tomorrow which was very difficult for me. I complaint him for non receiving of phone calls then he told that no one is free to attend phone call.
I thank this is not way of customer satisfaction. Please take this matter seriously and take necessary action against person responsible

Poor service, i have purchased htc desire 728 on 2/03/16 and 1 month after display is not working, so i given this phone to service centre where they taken 6 months to solve this problem, display problem is solved but new problem arise, the sim tray is missing and mic is not working then again i had given to service centre after 3 months i got my phone but there is problem that the screen is suddenly off when playing any audio and one sim tray is missing, after complaining to shopkeeper they are telling that the sim tray is not available at service centre, one month over till now i didnt get my sim tray, im very disappointed to this phone and service and i recommend to my friends not to buy htc products because they are not providing good service to their customers

Hello, i am a regular consumer of htc phones since last 7 years. On 20th june 2017 once again i have bought htc u play for 30k inr form amazon having plenty other options available in market for same amount. Its a beautiful phone but i am sure there is something wrong with its battery. Its only been 2 days, i have kept mobile data off, brightness at the lowest and in stand by mode it still drains out complete empty in 3 hours. Please help and save me from disappointment.

I have searched authorised service centres in bathinda for repair of my htc system. As your website given the name uni tech as auth centre, i deposited set with them vide their job memo no 5598 dated 30 may 17. The informed me that problem in mother bd and we demanded from coy. I believed and waited till 22 jun 17. Two days before the lady staff given me ok on mob. On 22 jun 17 i went to collect tbe same but the sys was not repaired and they willfully tried to handover one another sys. On checking that was also not working. After a long argument i taken back t sys. Please do t needful. Such persons may not be allowed as auth service centre. How my mob repaired. The result may please be informed me.

I have purchased a htc desire 830, september 2016. My device gets switched off very often. I have done battery test, it failed. I have given my device to service center at kolkata, tvsc electronics, authorised centre of htc.

Now the service centre people are saying, they are out of parts, it will take another one week.
Is this the quality and service provided by you.
