HTC India — Tirupati service centre technical person ask money

Hi good afternoon, this is yuvaraj from tirupati in andra pradesh. I have given my htc desire 828 mobile for repair at tirupati service on 29.05.2016 and also my ticket no. [protected] in the name of balu mahindra instead of yuvarajulu. But, i asked in centre name is not necessary. On one day i. E., 09.06.2017 the service person will call i have received your quotation and u will pay rs. 6300/-. But, i asked person i have not received any quotion through email. On the same day i have called your call centre and asked regarding my bill they said ur mobile already returned to ur service centre on the same day and no amount u paid ur problem is rectified. But, still now i have not received my mobile and also ur technical person at htc service tirupati centre u must pay amount of rs. 6300/- or less. Pl rectified my problem as early as possible

Soft ware fault in HTC 628 once get in to authorise service point in rajkot but can't get it after a few days same things happen now no one is answering sorry I am not satisfied with the service and the prodect sorry my phone imie number is [protected].
