HTC Mobile — Taking so long time for repaering a mobile phone

I have bought a htc desire 820s mobile phone online from flipkart.com. after a duration of 2 months the phone is not being work properly and being over heat, and touch also having poor fit and this a factory defect. I have submitted my mobile on 1st August, 2015, the service center representative told me that they re sending the device to the factory for repair and it will take around 10, then I asked them for a standby mobile for this period, then the representative told me to call customer care for this, then I have called HTC customer care for the standby mobile for me on 4th August, 2015, they have taken my request for the same and told me that they will revert me in 48hrs, but they didn't replied till Saturday 14th August, 2015, nor they have repaired my mobile.
