[Resolved] HTC — Negligency of service complaint against ticket no. 14/NA[protected] | |||
Dear sir, On 05.11.2014 vide ticket No. 14/NA[protected], one complaint has been register for LCD broken, and it is assured by your Indore Service Centre (MZ, 77/80, Yeshwant Plaza, Near Railway Station, South Tukoganj, Indore Madhya Pradesh 452001) that we will provide you all intimation and estimate. But till date neither any response has been received nor entertaining my phone (whenever contact). Hence you are requested that confirm me when I will get back my instrument. For evidence, I am enclosing herewith htc Care Service Report. For quick response, I am giving my mobile No. [protected] alongwith my e-mail address [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@yahoo.com Despite given previous mail, no proper satisfable reply given by you. Till date our complaint remains outstanding at your end. It means either you are not so serious after sales service or you do not have any value and importance of customer. You are suggested that clear my query and intimate me that when I will get back my repaired instrument or you are not enable to repair the same. One more thing note strictly that in future, I will neither purchase your any product not let any to buy your product Was this information helpful? | |||
