HTC — Unethical and unprofessional | |||
I had purchased htc one m8 eye for 45000 from nearby local mobile store on date and in december 2015 the mobile got switched off suddenly. I had never opened the htc mobile and hence i gave it to nearby htc centre for repair as it was in warranty . They called me on mobile and asked for 23000 for repair. The mobile market value is now 23000. And the htc company wants me to pay them 23000 for repair even though it is within warranty time. Kindly help as i dont want others to be cheated like they have shown an unethical and unprofessional behaviour Was this information helpful? | |||
