Order was placed and paid online. Delivery was supposed to be done on 14th Feb.
Called their customer support number but no one gave any relevant details. Called up the customer support for delivery boy's contact but the response I got from your team is "that's your problem and we don't have his number" and then the customer rep. disconnected the call.
The delivery guy called only once around 6 PM asking whats the address and said the address is not mentioned on the order, this was again BULL CRAP story as I had mentioned the address clearly on the website.
I called back the delivery guy around 7 PM asking why it's not delivered yet and he said it will be delivered after 10 PM.
This is the worst service I ever got from an online Market place. The chat window on the website is useless as no one replies.
You have successfully pissed a customer and ruined the surprise. So, When can I expect me money back?? Was this information helpful? |
