My name is Mohit Shrivastava residing in Gurgaon.I have ordered a Tampered Screen card from shopeling.com on 7 Nov 2015 and done the payment of Rs 95 via payumoney.com payment option as well, as they ensure if I don't receive the product my money will be safe with us.But I am totally unsatisfied with the delivery time as well the product I received. I received the item and found a broken one on 20 Nov 2015.I just opened it took it out of its plastic carry box which seems to be safe carried box with the bubble packing but instead of that when I saw it was a broken piece and the wrong one as it is small and which is not appropriate as per the mobile screen. I am really not sure if I will get my money back or it will be replaced with correct one and on time. Dec 21, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved company didnt emailed me nor called me.I was said by the payumoney via which I have done the payment to shopeling website an still the product is with me and I was said by email to call the merchant for further query.
