My order id is[protected] was supposed to get it delivered by 14 th feb, 16.

Before ordering this product i am check with sendmygift Live Support executive they confirmed the order will deliver in a day. After ordering the product they ask me to share the Order details. I am done the same given the Order Details to Live Support Team member Mr Ravi.

Till day i am not received the product and no communication as such. I tried to reach them on phone no use. Send email no response.

Very poor customer support and unmanaged services. Cheating the customer.

Spoiled my Valentines day :(

Updated by Augustian Kurian Till date they are not delivered the product and no intimation from sendmygift team. I am keep on trying to reach them. Finally they are saying the product is not available. Last Wednesday they told initiating the refund and nothing was happen. Today morning again i am spoke to them no clue i will get my money back or not. Its 2885 RS :(

Please don't buy any product from this website. Cheating the customer. They are fraud.
