I gave my Huawei Honor 6 mobile for Service on Aug 31, 2015 at Sri Vinayaka Electronics(authorized service center), HYD. At the beginning the service center guys said they’ll be giving my mobile back in couple of days. Later when I called the service center guys they were not answering the calls, they were putting the call on hold and later they used to cut the call. On persistent calling they said my mobile was sent to B’lore for service. When I called Huawei ([protected]) they said wait for 15days from the date of giving mobile for service. Now when I call them (Huawei) on the 15th day regarding my mobile they’re saying they still need time to provide the status of my mobile. Without my phone there’s lots of work pending. Huawei people gave me a ticket number saying they still need 48 hours for providing me status of the mobile and not to provide my mobile(ticket number[protected]. Require immediate action and my mobile back. Thanks.

Sir, respectfully, i beg to say that i have purchased a mobile phone named honor holly of company huawei from flipkart. i have bought the mobile on[protected] and got 1 year of warranty. few days ago my mobile's battery is draining fast. and also having problem in interface. then i have go to huawei mobile service centre location: -geetanjali communication, B. S. M. tiraha, nehru nagar, dehradun road, roorkee. and told the problem to office manager. he said there is no care centre for huawei company. i have told him that i have seen the address on huawei's official webcite. but he said that this service centre is just for -LG, MOTOROLA, KARBONN. but not for huawei. please consider a help to me. i know he is lying. please provide me a warranty of my mobile.

I purchased a mobile Honor 4c from Flipkart online 17 May 2015Invoice No wfld[protected] and received parcel end of May 29th after 03 or 4 days I called the filpkart about the phone battery problem because battery back is poor. Company technical team support me but problems increase day by day. after one month 0n 2 july 2015 i deposited the at Huawei service centre in jammu but till day i could not receive the phone. They have required mobile mother board but huawei company delay the case. i called up on 08 july 2015 registered the complaint. the compalin number is 13730181 at 03:22 pm.

I have submitted my mobile-Huawei H60 L04 to Sri Vinayaka Electronics Hyderabad on July 14, 2015 as there was problem with incoming calls not connecting, also voice not clear and also auto power off problem. They told me it will take 10 to 12 days if there is problem with the moblie parts or else within 3 days the problem will be resolved and i can get my phone back.

Its been 20 days till now I haven't received any information regarding my phone in-spite of repeated followup with service center and Huawei customer care department.

Even after registering the complaint no one from the customer care is responding. I have no clue about my phone whether it has been submitted to the company or not as customer care executives are unable to provide my phone's status. If I ask service center they don't pay attention and not willing to answer at all.

Hi Sir, I was using huawei honor 6(H60-L04) phone.On 15th of july 2015 Screen of the phone has been broken. I called Customer Care they said Service center is not available in your city(Patna, Bihar). So I have traveled to Ara which is 60 KM from my place and have submitted the device.As I am going to USA on 30th July so I wanted to get my phone before that. For that I have raised one complain to the Customer care so that i can get my phone asap.The complain id for the same is #13220793. The Customer care people have committed that they will update me with the cost of repair and the delivery time within 48hr but its 4 days and I don't have any information regarding my phone. When I called service they don't pick the call and when I call customer care they say they don't have any update. I am very much frustrated with the service they are providing. I want my phone back asap. please help me out

I am owning huawei ascend g700 mobile which was purchased in doha. To be frank my mobile fulfilled more than my expectation and am very much satisfied with the product.

Issues: last week i have switched off my mobile and slept after putting into charge. Later when i got up i switched on it got struck with huawei logo and not going in. I tried like removing battery and a lot but it still struck with the logo.

Since am currently residing in nanganallur, chennai i surfed and got the service center details but last two days no one is picking the call.

Yesterday i went to hong kong technologies, industrial estate which is mentioned as authorised huwaei service center in internet located in guindy.

They are totally crap, they looked as if we are aliens. They refused to take my mobile and said they r not servicing huawei products at all. Then i went to dubai plaza in tnagar chennai. They told they won't b able service it since i purchased my mobile in doha. On top of that they told it can b serviced in doha only.

Then i contacted ur call center, they asked for the issue am facing i told them mobile after switching it on it got struck with huawei logo. Then they have this mail address and asked me to mail about the issues.

Kindly provide solution for my problem.

My phone is getting automatically switch off and voice is also not coming properly. submitted the phone to service center thrice but still the problem persist. already submitted the phone in Huawei service center in sector 22, Chandigarh on 16th May 2015, as per discussion with technical person, phone needs to be replaced. the service i am getting from the huawei is very pathetic, as the company is least bother about customer inconvenience. the executive informed me that phone will be repaired/replaced within 7-10 days. now its coming to 20 days still there is no respone. whenever i called the service center, they are saying parts are out of stock and will need more time. Dear Consumer Forum. On 11th dec 2014, I have placed order for Huawei Honor Holly smartphone through flipkart.com and got it on 18th dec 2014. But two months ago it was switched off automatically and from then onwards it is not turning on. Reported the same to the flipkart and to the customer care of Huawei also. Initially flipkart responded and told to go for the service centers of huawei. But nobody is there to give service at the mentioned addresses. When I called huawei customer care number again and again they are telling the same addresses...It has been already two months that I am unable to use it.

I had bought a Huawei tab from Flipkart and accidentally the screen got broken. I have enquired at the nearest service station mentioned on their website and not even a single service center is able to replace the screen. The reason that they all are giving is the that it is not available. I live in Gurgaon and I have contacted the service center in Gurgaon and also in Delhi. Hi, I had submitted my phone for repair on 30 March 2015 at SURAJ TECHNOLOGY (Pune). Job Sheet no. for same is RNINA0009S[protected]. My phone was having random restart & sometimes power off issues. They gave me back my phone on 14 April 2015. On checking my phone for about 15 minutes it rebooted 1 time and after that it was not booting again, so I was asked to leave the phone again for repair. My concern here is that I had showed faith in huawei considering it was a brand company and I wont have problem in after sales services but this service by them has seriously disappointed me. I would also like to inform that Suraj Technology does not answer their calls, I called them frequently so many times for the past couple of weeks to know the update of my phone but they didnt answer or call back. Suraj Technology is about 20-25kms distance from my locality so its not easy for me to go there and inquire about my phone everyday.I have visited them few times their response was that they dont have any update from the chennai team. All this trouble of me going there has been to vain. I would not recommend this phone to anyone for such a lousy after sales services. In the first place how can they send back a phone without repairing it?Their technical team is not equipped to check the phone thoroughly? I have mailed them twice a week but after 2 replies they have stopped responding to it now. I posted about this on their facebook page for which they keep saying " our team will contact you in a week" for which 2 weeks have passed now and no call from their side. Finally I have lost hope in their team and posting a complaint here expecting them to atleast have some decency now if they are not hopelessly shameless.

Hi I bought Huawei holly honor phone and i got touch and heating up issues i visited the sri vinayaka service center in hyderabad .i gave the phone set and they asked me to visit after couple of days but they couldnt fix the issue t hey simply gave the set back and i again complained to the Huawei customer care and they asked to visit the same customer care center and they didnt update on the status asked me to call on [protected] but it is always not working getting toomuch frustated on this issue kindly let me know how can i proceed to get my issue resolved regards Ajit padhan

I purchased huawei e303f data card from R.S computers Badvel Kadapa A.P. 516227 in the month of September 2014.It worked only for one month and failed.I gave the device to R.S Computers Badvel and in turn he sent it to whole sale dealer B Cision complex Montieth road Egmore Chennai through courier on 3-2-2015 no H41017927 dt 3-2-2015.There is no response from the whole seller.

It is been more then 30 days now, My mobile is still lying in Huawei service centre "Mobile clinic" Margao, Goa . Mob num [protected]. When I call your service center they are giving lame excuses that my device serial number is not getting registered, so they have forwarded the issue to company. Every time I call them, the same reply I get from their end. Please take a legal action against them.
