Huawei — honor 6x mobile network issue

Dear sir/madam,

My name is abdul amin khan. I buy a honor 6x on 18 october 2017 through flipkart.com. After some days it started network heavy issue automatically. Last week i go to service center they are telling that phone is soaked in water. It is not possible because phone was always with me whole time also they charged me rs. 177 for that.
