Huawei — Huawei- No after sales service available

I had bought a Huawei tab from Flipkart and accidentally the screen got broken. I have enquired at the nearest service station mentioned on their website and not even a single service center is able to replace the screen. The reason that they all are giving is the that it is not available. I live in Gurgaon and I have contacted the service center in Gurgaon and also in Delhi. Nobody is even able to tell me cost of replacement. I am not able to use my tab. Its the worst service I have ever seen in my life. Please HELP! My Number is [protected]

ask them to give it in writing that they don't have the screen. if that is so, then you are entitled to get a replacement device - same or better than yours.
