Huawei — Mobile handset model honor u-19 got dead | |||
I purchased the handset from flipcart with invoice dated 08/04/2015.A week before expiry the warranty the handset got dead. I contacted customer care center who gave me some tips but in vain.The customer care center advised me to place the handset at a service centre. I tried to deposit the handset in huawei service centre in ghaziabad but knowing the fact that the warranty would be expired in two days time, the service center refused to deposit it on one ground and the other.I had to go to other service centre in lajpatnagar which is 26 k.M.From my residence but they too knowing the fact that the warranty would be expired in two days time, refused to deposit it andt Treated rudely. I contacted the customer care center and with my phone, the talked to the service centre authority and tried to compel him to deposit the handset but in vain. I left the service center disappointedly. My handset is still dead. Plz help me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Ealier network was coming properly but from last 15 days network is not coming properly.
