Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited [HESCOM] — Bent Electric Pole

I am a resident of Vanashree Nagar, Sattur, Dharwad.
There is an electric pole in front of our construction site which is bent.
Earlier, during the month of Jan 2021, I had contacted Chavan who is the incharge for our area KEB. He along with the shifting team had inspected the electric pole and suggested that we may have to provide a stunt and fix the pole that was little bent. Thinking it may cost more, we asked for a cheaper solution. The shifting team suggested that, they can put an angle and put the cables away from our construction site. We agreed for this and as fee Mr Jambunath pulled all the cables the other side of the pole by putting an angle. Our area KEB in charge said, you guys discuss with the shifting team and see which is feasible to you guys. We paid the shifting person amount of Rs.15000.
No doubt the issue was fixed as all the 3-4 cables were now far from our site.
But, after 4 months due to heavy rains and heavy breeze and also due to the weight or pulling of the cables on on side, the electric pole has now bent more towards our house. So, again I contacted the same person who has fixed the problem. I also complained the KEB office and also raised a complaint online in HESCOM website and requested them to fix it. The KEB in charge stated that, it was you guys call and you got it done, I warned earlier itself that we should provide stunt. I agree to his point now, But, things turned bit ugly when I tried getting some influence of the corporator of a neighbour village. Mr Chavan was like it was their mistake. Not his. And later he said he will talk to the guy who has fixed this problem earlier. I agreed to his points. But, since I had also complained online, they started calling me and asking if the issue was fixed, they did follow up for 3 days, on 3 day when I said no one has visited the site and had a look at the problem yet, The Hescom representative took Mr. Chavan Sattur KEB in charge on conference call in order to get the status on the complaint.
This was a follow-up from HESCOM team since, I had registered the complaint.
Mr Chavan got angry with me because of multiple pressures. I told him, it was not me who us pressurizing you. It is because of the online complaint, but he is like if you start putting pressure like this, I will complain on you only, it is your fault, you guys have got done this. I do not understand why is thinking like that. No matter what we have fixed now the pole has bent. Hence I need KEB's help to fix this pro
