we are complaint about this issue, every one knows problem
please take action as soon as possible,
this is very help full,

as per discussion with S.O and JE, they said outgoing is 11.5KVA, so

we getting 260 Voltage

We need 220 to 240 v

due to over voltage, we running generator every day.
