This one is a complaint against ' Human Employment.com ' to whom I have paid Rs 50, 000/- . They promised me a job abroad with 100 % refund guarantee with in 45 days . Now it is more than 100 days none of them is responding to my calls and e mails. My complaint details : I did not contact them on my own initially. It was kavita, Siddhant, Praveen and Guneet were the people who had contacted me initially . 1. I was not at all interested to take their support for a job because like ' Human Employment ', 14 other organisations also promised me a lot but did nothing. But, Guneet continuously started ringing me up in September 2015 and he assured me that they would not cheat anyone and would work hard to show me the result. 2. He had asked me to pay only Rs 10, 000/- and he promised me to arrange interviews. But after my payment on 25 Sep'15 ( Trigensoft solutins ), he did not speak to me for a few days. 3. After a few days he spoke to me and again asked for Rs 20, 000/- more, for which I refused. But Guneet had promised to return back the complete amount if he could not arrange any interview with in a week. He also assured that that one ' Relationship Manager ' would be assigned to me, whose personal mobile number would also be given ( These assurances were given to me in writing ) . But no mobile number was given and no ' Relationship Manager ' was assigned. 4. Even after a week nothing had taken place, hence I had to ring up for Guneet and with great difficulty I could catch him over the phone. Then he apologised and detailed Michael as the ' Relationship Manager' and he also did not give his number instead he said he would be available over Land line. He gave me 3 dates on which he would arrange interview. Those three dates were expired but nothing was arranged. After a lot of pestering from my side, he gave me a cell number [protected] ( But this No. is of some one by name Amit from a software company who do not know anyone by name Michael or Guneet . So it was a fake number) . Michael also avoided my calls as the date and time given to me for the interview could not be arranged. 5. So again with great difficulty, after 5 days I could get through to Guneet. Again he apologised and he said he would arrange the interview the same day ( in October ) . He also assured me that he himself would be the ' Relationship Manager ' and gave a number [protected] and promised that he would be definitely available over that number ( I knew that it was not his personal number and he never attended that number). 6. After 2 days with lot of follow up from my side, Guneet said some one by name Harry from 'Al - Futtaim Motors ( Dubai ) ' would interact with me over Skype. Harry avoided to ring me up ( as I would come to know from which area he was ringing up ) and also he avoided his video over Skype. After Skype Harry told me the result would be revealed with in 2 days. 7. Even after 3 days there was no intimation. Hence again I tried for Guneet but he gave his 'telephonic darshan ' only after 4 days. Then I was told that I was not considered and to prove that, he had sent a mail from his side, insisting that the content was from Al- Futtaim Motors only. Later on it was proved that the mail from Al- Futtaim motors was a fake one as the e mail id ' [protected]@alfuttaimmotors.ae' does not exist at all and Harry was also fake as he was not part of Al-Futtaim motors and he spoke to me from Delhi only over Skype but not from Dubai as he claimed. He also blocked his video over Skype, hence could not see his face. When I inquired about it he said it was their Company's policy to block the Video. 8. Guneet again rang up and insisted that I must pay Rs 32, 000/- more so that he would ensure a job for me with in 45 days any where abroad. However, after lot of false and dubious assurances from him I paid Rs 20, 000/- on 29 Oct'15 . At this time he gave me his e mail id '[protected]@humanemloyment.com ' and also his number [protected], which never worked, even the e mail id He also told me to contact Priyanka, [protected], who never bothered to give any feedback. 9. Now, as on date it is more than 100 days since Guneet started interacting with me but nothing was done from their side. 10. First of all as per your written commitment you were supposed to provide me with your mobile number ( Relationship Manager's number ). Till now you have not given me the correct number. What ever the numbers you people have provided me with are not RMs personal numbers but some useless numbers which can never be contacted. 2. I told you clearly to forward me with that e mail which you had claimed to have come from ' Al Futtaim Motors '. What is the secrecy in that ? If you could not forward that, it shows clearly it was a fake call from Mr Harry and you are bound to refund that amount i.e., Rs 10, 000 + Rs 20, 000/- . 3. You do know that I have been trying to contact you for the last 4 to 5 days and you have been deliberately avoiding, which is very very unprofessional and fraudster like tricks. This is least expected out of you. When you had put forward the payment proposal then you have been personally ringing up continuously till the payment was done. Now not bothered at all. 4. If you are not in a position to contact me then refund the complete amount ( i.e., Rs 10000 + 20000+ 20000/- ) immediately for the false promises you have made and I do not want to get further cheated by you.
