I had booked Ticket from Nagpur to aurangabad date 19th pick up time 8.00 pm (humsafar traval) through red bus, during travel Ac not in working condition, Driver behavior is not good.all passaengers are suffered. Window not available in bus and published a wrong advertised on web site.took Ac charges at the time of booking.gave lots of headache and driver use bad words.
