I booked the humsafar travels ticket from solapur to aurangabad
Dated 27 sep 2023 on 4.00 pm

I was at the boarding place late for the 3 minites of given time, 4.03 pm but the driver didnt boarded the bus properly (Not at exact place as mentioned in the e ticket) and due to improper services and guidance in humsafar office, i was skipped by the bus, so i have to travell extra 8 kms from the auto rikshaw to get the bus at next stop.There also they dont wait for me as there staff send me to next destination as i am a girl and i have been fully harish by driver staff and the owner of humsafar travels depo solapur i have lost my money and also my bus i m alone in solapur who is responsible if i fall in any problem

I request you to take the legal action against this improper management and i will fight for womens right against humsafar travels.

    I have travelled from Aurangabad (Maharashtra) to Mumbai on 26/06/22 mod night. I have booked the tickets for 3 persons @900/- each person via Humsafar Travels App. I have paid Rs 2700/- via online. The bus was about to pick us on 10:50pm on Aurangabad railway station but reached 30 minutes late.

    After 30 minutes the Bus came MH09CV2800 which was worst & outdated. The problem was it was very noisy. The windows don't have handle to operate. The bus was like Roller coaster with very uncomfortable seats.

    It has given me a lot of pain & my entire trip was spoilt.

    Sir Kindly take necessary actions

      Single woman travelling in Humsafar travels to Aurangabad in the midnight some 2-3 person making ruckus so it's been safety issue for woman to travel by bus.look into matter urgently.

        I was just travel from aurangabad to udgir with humsafar bus with my 4 kg papad box and one college bag... At that time cleaner take forcefully 50 rupees from and says its laggages charges and humsafar travels laggages policy is per person 10 kg so why he was forcefully take 50 rupees...at time of dropping
        Humsafar take disciplinary action against driver and cleaner of 0055 gadi number aurangabad to udgir bus immediately...

          worst bus service

          Humsafar travel's sleeper coaches all are refurbished without any permission. Their bus had major accident near ambejogai. Bus break failed eventhough driver not reducing speed, afterwards loose control and gone through with accident. 1 passenger died and about 40 passengers seriously injured. Humsafar neither given a single penny to anyone as a compensation nor given proper medical treatment.
          Will the reponsible govt. Officials will...

          My party booked parcel from ahmedabad they are charging too much despite of that no one is listening no replying they have one mobule no which is always switched off and when reached for parcel they tell bus not arrived so 3 rd class and no one is responsible there doing what they want if they want to frustrate they ask to bring stamp and to whom they want they give parcel, they never send massage os asked to bring stamp or about material arrived or not after reaching they ask depending upon his mood.
          So 3 rd class and i want to lodge complaint regarding my parcels as i called from morning they just have one mobile no landline of dargah road humsafar and mobile number they just switched it off when sent rickshow to collect my parcel telling not arrived when asked no given other location land line when called him he is telling call mobile no which is switched off or send again rickahow how irritating and irresponsible behavious and getting hurt to customer like me who is paying high amount to parcel.
          Pls take strict action against them

            I am very disappointed and frusted to share feedback with you. Found very worst service by humsafar travel agency till now in my journey experiences.
            I had booked 3 tickets on dated 13th january 2019 for aurangabad to wardha journey.
            Pnr - ts[protected]wers/539847/awb to nagpur
            I just reached late by 5mins to the boarding point, on continues request to bus operator and office, found very bad responce from service mens. They stopped recieving any calls.

            I missed my journey. Another day were so important for me to reach by nagpur for official purpose. I had my flight from nagpur-delhi. Even after lots of request and sharing my situation, i missed my bus by just 5mins.

              I booked ticket from a'bad to mumbai and due to improper pick up service i had to suffer alot. They didn't even waited for 15 min and changed my bus. They are blaming that the problem is from the cidco office but i don't understand that if we are traveling from humsafar then the issue is with them and not with their offices. Pathetic service. 2/10.

                I booked the humsafar travels ticket from aurangabad to pune.

                I was at the boarding place before 10 minites of given time, but the driver didnt boarded the bus properly (Not at exact place as mentioned in the e ticket) and due to improper services and guidance in humsafar office, i was skipped by the bus, so i have to travell extra 8 kms from the auto rikshaw to get the bus at next stop.

                  I was travelling to aurangabad yestrday. Firstly the bus came 1 hour late. Further, at around 3.30 am, all the passengers were shifted to another bus and the reason given by them was that " Bus Kharab Ho Gayi Hai". However, in reality, the passengers of the other bus were shifted in our bus and the bus went off towards Pune/Mumbai within a time of 10 minutes. If the bus has issues, how come other passengers were allowed to board the bus. This is ridiculous reasoning and ridiculous way of treating us. I paid Rs 650 for the seat for such inconvenience.

                    I m travelling humsafar travels 15 Oct 2016(MH20, 6742); bus is failed due to insufficient of diesel in diesel tank...this thing is not known driver n kinner; so these people try to overcome d problem at least one hour. After that driver told us to transfer d people to another bus but, another problem is driver choosen a different path so in this path doesn't have single travels... to help us.After discuss driver n kinner in front o[censored]s, we know the diesel is not full...this kind of thing happened in one of d best Humsafar travels...I m so much fade up, due to that all persons r suffered.

                      I had booked Ticket from Nagpur to aurangabad date 19th pick up time 8.00 pm (humsafar traval) through red bus, during travel Ac not in working condition, Driver behavior is not good.all passaengers are suffered. Window not available in bus and published a wrong advertised on web site.took Ac charges at the time of booking.gave lots of headache and driver use bad words. Need to take strick actions against the travel to avoid the such incident in future.
                      I m siddheshwar from Solapur I m purchase ticket date 27/4/18 Aurangabad to Solapur but not provide my sleeper birth
                      I m so harassment in this travling so take it action Solapur humsafar person
                      Today i have booked my ticket.suddlenly at time of departure driver said bus fails.due to these bus cancle .he is not arranging onother bus what iwill do for these case .

                        I had booked ticket from aurangabad to solapur with PNR[protected].dated 15 August 2015. I choosed pick up point fame tapadia cidco at 11 pm. I was standing from 10.30 and asked each bus to confirm my bus . I didn't find my bus there. I used to go every time from there ans thats why I was knowing the bus. suddenly I got call from Humsafar office at chunnilal that bus left . This is done because I booked the ticket online. They transfer me in another bus and gave last seat. This happened on 15 August. what to say ?
